“Shauna was fantastic! After the drop off she gave me regular updates on how my pup was warming up to a new environment. You could tell that Shauna has a soft spot for our four legged friends:) Throughout the entire stay she sent me regular updates with photos, and it was great to know that my pup is safe and well taken care of while I was away and was around a loving family🥰 picking up my dog I could feel how caring and loving Shauna is towards my pup as well. “This is my very first time to use dog boarding service. My dog is a mini aussie who are kinda timid and sensitive. He never left us for more than a day. I was so anxious about his boarding for six days before I g&m Gabriel. But after the 1st day, my anxious was reduced at some level because Gabriel is so nice and my dog like him. During the boarding, Gabriel and his Wife Luisa sent us lots of videos and pictures with me and I can see my dog has been building trust with him and was so happy for his "winter camp". I will definitly choose him for boarding service going forward. He will take care of your dog like his own pet!”

She spent so much time with Perry and provided frequent photo and texts updates. By the end of the stay, Perry did not want to leave Randy because he had such a great time and felt so safe with her.
