About: Growing up, I lived in the forest so I have taken care of dogs, puppy litters, cats, ducks, chickens, turtles, and fish! I love animals and am excited to take care of yours. I am usually available on short notice and have no problem dog sitting in your home for as long as you need! I have worked for Rover for 5 years in Arizona and am expanding my services to NYC. I work entirely remotely, so I have lots of time to play with your animals! I'm available 7 days a week all throughout the NYC. The first rule is to always listen to the owner and their preferences for their animal. I make sure that the animals have frequent play time, while also strictly following their bathroom and eating schedules.

She gave our more outgoing cat all of the attention she wanted, and she even made our our much more shy cat feel comfortable enough to come out of hiding for some pets! We've had sitters tell us that they didn't see our shy girl all week, so it's a big deal that she was ready to come out and meet Eileen after only three days!
Sandy was SUCH a great caretaker for Theo. She provided detailed updates and ample photos and treated Theo like her own. I could tell he quickly bonded with her & she went over and above to make him (and me) comfortable and happy. Will definitely work with her again!
Chloe is clearly very experienced working with animals. She watched our cat for 2 weeks and gained the cat’s trust very quickly. It gave us peace of mind while we were away knowing our pet was in caring hands. Chloe provided great updates and photos while also being very responsive. She came in the clutch on short notice to watch our cat. We will definitely be in touch with Chloe for future visits!
First time using Rover and we couldn’t be happier with Monica and the care our cats received! From the very first visit, it was clear how much she genuinely loved cats. Loretto was wonderful with my dog, Mapache. He can be a bit of a troublemaker and doesn’t always warm up to new sitters, so I was pleasantly surprised by how calm and comfortable he was during Loretto’s visit. Loretto was patient, reliable, and clearly has a great way with dogs. I would happily book with him again!
