About: Hi! I’m Alexandra, a lifelong animal lover who treats every pet like family. I have experience working in a veterinary clinic, which taught me the importance of attentive, compassionate care. I also have three dogs at home and one here in NYC, so I’m comfortable caring for dogs of different breeds, sizes, personalities, and energy levels. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I’d love the opportunity to care for yours as if they were my own! Pet care is already a big part of my daily routine. As a dog owner myself, I’m used to planning my days around walks, feeding schedules, playtime, and making sure pets get the attention and exercise they need. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, so caring for pets feels less like a task and more like something I look forward to each day. I focus on keeping pets comfortable by following their normal routine as closely as possible. Whether in my home or a client’s home, I make sure pets have fresh water, meals on schedule, exercise, playtime, and plenty of attention. I also pay close attention to their behavior and comfort level, provide regular updates to owners, and follow any specific instructions regarding medications, training, or special care needs.

Pato did a great job taking care of Bailey and Bacio. Bailey was a little shy per usual but did come out to eat his food while Pato was there so he was comfortable. When I arrived home, both Bailey and Bacio were relaxed and everything was in order which I very much so appreciated!
Melissa was a great sitter! My cats loved her (even the shy one didn’t hide as much) and she made sure they had plenty of food and water and pets and even took the used litter outside. When my flight was canceled coming home, she was able to come an extra day last minute which was SO helpful and much appreciated. Will definitely be reaching out for future visits.
Kaili took care of my two kitties and betta fish for a week and was absolutely exceptional! Upon first meeting she asked important questions like what to do in an emergency. She’s super friendly and attentive, and spent quality play time with my adventure kitty, and my ultra shy cat warmed up to her shockingly quickly. Couldn’t recommend her more!! 😊
Devin is SO incredibly kind and gave our dog Hampton so much love and care during her visit with him. 🩷 She was so attentive to our dog’s needs, sent us photo updates, and really put her heart into looking after him, which is all a dog owner could ever wish for! Ryota has been walking my 18-year-old dog, Bambi, every weekday for the past month, and I can’t recommend him enough. Bambi has trouble walking and has several health issues, and he has always been so patient, kind, and attentive with her. He’s consistently punctual, reliable, and flexible when I need to adjust the schedule. Knowing Bambi is in such good hands gives me so much peace of mind and has made a huge difference in my day-to-day life. I’m incredibly grateful for all the care he gives her.
Elizabeth was so great in helping me look after my cat Trixie while I was away for a few days. She was very communicative with updates each visit, even when unexpected circumstances happened, and sent plenty of pictures to keep me from missing Trixie too much while away. Would highly recommend Elizabeth for any future petsitting needs!
