It is hard enough to leave our fur babies in the care of a friend or family member, but it is an more nerve-wracking experience to place them into the care of a stranger. Michael assuaged those fears before we even met him! He asked all the right questions about our boy's needs from the get-go (he's a large senior dog with arthritis) and gave me frequent updates and pictures of how he was doing. He walked our boy judiciously and gave him all of his food and medications just as we would. He was wonderful. It was such a relief knowing that our boy was in such capable, caring hands. We're in town for work but are lucky enough to have weekends off. We picked our boy up today and he looked so happy and healthy. Michael did such a great job that we're going to utilize his services again next week. I just can't say enough good things about him.”

“Morgan is the sweetest!! I had her do drop in visits for my baby boy since he gets freaked out with location changes. She did a total of 10 visits (one daily) while I was abroad; She was super communicative and made sure to take lots of pictures to share with me. My baby boy pepe really warmed up to her and I totally get it she was super sweet to him and it shows she really loves cats and understands them. She took care of pepe like it was her own kitty. The way she kept me updated and made sure he was okay at all times gave me such a peace of mind knowing my baby was in good hands. I would totally have her take care of my bby again.”

In addition to dogs and cats, I’m also happy to care for bunnies, guinea pigs, hamsters, chinchillas, birds, and other exotic pets. I’ve read some horror stories about overnight sitters, as I’m sure you have. If I am house-sitting for you, I will be staying overnight in your home, so your pet will be in its usual environment. If you choose daycare or boarding with me, I will be staying overnight with your pet in a secure, cozy apartment with a fenced-in backyard (my own dog and cats won’t be present). I don’t walk dogs off leash and I don’t open windows for the safety of small dogs and cats. If your animal has any symptoms of illness, you’ll be advised immediately. If it’s hot out, I will ask that we run the A/C for the health of your pet. The well-being of your pet is as important to me as the well-being of my own pets.

About: I've taken care of dogs and have been an owner since I had a young age back in Mexico and started doing volunteering in dog shelters in Texas at age 17. Every pet needs care, time and love. About: I’ve taken care of dogs ever since I was in middle school. I would watch neighbor dogs, walk dogs in the area, and house sit for neighbors when they needed it! I love dogs and have a mini golden doodle of my own. I’m currently working from 8-4 on weekdays on the uppper east side but I have an hour break in there where I can come and bring your dogs on a potty break or take them for an hour long walk around the upper east side!
