About: Moving to NYC in September from Minneapolis where I have have been watching dogs for the last year and a half while working remote. I graduated from the University of St. Thomas in May 2020 and have a dog back home in Wisconsin who is 10 years old and a Havanese. I would walk hi daily and care for him when I was back home and would love to hang out and care for dogs while working remote. I also have a few dogs I consistently watch in my apartment building and as well as being a constant go-to when friends need a sitter. I am extremely motivated and passionate. I also have a lot of flexibility with work from home this year which means I have a lot of availability. I have missed hanging and caring for my dog since moving out and I thought this would be a perfect opportunity to make some additional money and also hang out with animals! I work from home full time Monday through Friday so I have lots of flexibility and availability! I also have lots of flexibility with my meeting schedule throughout the day. I live in an extremely safe apartment with an elevator. Lots of other dogs are always there as well! I am extremely organized and clean on top of that.

“Angelina and Donald took wonderful care of my two Vizslas. I could not be happier. I was visiting New York for the day and needed someone to look after my two very active dogs for the afternoon. I was a little nervous about leaving them because they can be a lot to handle and are not accustomed to the city, but I had absolutely nothing to worry about. Angelina and Donald took them on a five-hour adventure through Central Park and then east to Andrew Haswell Green Park. Angelina sent photos throughout the walk, so I could see how much fun they were having. She also fed them exactly as requested and had them ready when I arrived for pickup. The dogs were tired, happy, and clearly adored Angelina and Donald. I will definitely book with Angelina again the next time I am in the city.”

About: Whether you require daycare, boarding, house-sitting, or occasional drop-in visits/walks, you can count on me to treat your pet like a precious, irreplaceable gem! I’m the pawrent of a Pekingese dog, two Exotic Shorthair cats, and a Persian cat. I am also a foster meowmie for other kitties. I have experience with senior and special-needs pets, including as a volunteer dog walker for PAWS NY, an organization that helps people in need keep their pets in their lives. I will send you lots of photos and videos so you can be fully informed about the well-being of your pet/s. I am a full-time pet care specialist. In addition to dogs and cats, I’m also happy to care for bunnies, guinea pigs, hamsters, chinchillas, birds, and other exotic pets. I’ve read some horror stories about overnight sitters, as I’m sure you have. If I am house-sitting for you, I will be staying overnight in your home, so your pet will be in its usual environment. If you choose daycare or boarding with me, I will be staying overnight with your pet in a secure, cozy apartment with a fenced-in backyard (my own dog and cats won’t be present). I don’t walk dogs off leash and I don’t open windows for the safety of small dogs and cats. If your animal has any symptoms of illness, you’ll be advised immediately. If it’s hot out, I will ask that we run the A/C for the health of your pet. The well-being of your pet is as important to me as the well-being of my own pets.
