Starting with the offer to do a meet and greet prior to officially booking (which went well!), providing plenty of updates throughout out the day of doggy day care and asking for guidance to assist her in providing the best care. Our dog usually takes a few visits to really warm up to new people but because of Dasom’s style of care and patience, Vini was snuggling up after a few hours.
