***Boarding*** I work remotely 4–5 days a week. Occasionally, my senior parents visit and stay with me. This means your cats would never be left alone for more than 1–2 hours at a time. Additionally, I have four security cameras installed in my home, providing 24/7 monitoring. • My preferred drop-off time is between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. This allows the cats time to adjust to their new surroundings, and it gives me time to monitor them and make any necessary adjustments to ensure their comfort before bedtime. Cats typically take 24–48 hours to acclimate to a new environment. • My preferred pick-up time is between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. This allows me time to clean and prepare for the next booking, should I have one starting the following day. ***Drop-in Visits*** I typically arrive between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. for morning visits and complete the last drop-in visit before 6:00 p.m. If you have a preferred time, please let me know in advance. --------------------------------

***Boarding*** • I live in a tidy, quiet, two-bedroom apartment on the third floor with windows overlooking a courtyard. I also have a bird feeder, which will keep your cats entertained for hours. Your cats will have free roam of the apartment and are welcome on the beds and sofa. • I provide all the basic supplies, including one litter box and scoop (I can provide an additional litter box upon request), various ceramic food and water bowls, a stainless steel water fountain, ear cleaner, treats, and wood pellet litter. If your cats prefer other types of litter (such as clay or gel), please bring your own. • I also provide a variety of toys, including wand toys, a treat puzzle, a snuffle mat, balls, catnip toys, a scratching post, a cat tree, 2 cat condo, a cat window hammock and various cat beds. Since I don't currently have a cat, I will spoil your cat babies as if they were my own during the stay. • I maintain a clean and peaceful home environment: no parties, loud TV or music, or frequent visitors.

Please share your cat's daily routine, including feeding times, toy preferences, and any specific habits. • Additionally, please ensure your cat's vaccinations are up to date and provide me with their medical history and any existing conditions. If your cat requires medication or supplements, please provide detailed instructions. ***Boarding*** • Please provide emergency contact(s). • Because a new environment can be stressful for shy cats, I will start by introducing them to a small area (usually my smaller bedroom) and allow them to acclimate gradually. Once they open up, they will have free roam of the apartment and are welcome on the beds and sofa. ***Drop-in visits*** • Please let me know your preferred method for key pick-up and drop-off. • Please provide cleaning supplies for quick clean-ups around the litter box or on the floor in case of accidents or hairballs. I can also vacuum if needed, especially for long-haired cats. • I always wash and clean all food and water bowls during each visit unless otherwise specified.
A typical day
• Your cat will be fed according to your specific instructions, and the litter box will be cleaned a minimum of 3 (or more) times each day. They will also receive plenty of attention and affection. • All food bowls, water fountain and litter box will be washed and sanitized between booking. • To keep you connected and provide peace of mind while you're away, I'll send regular updates, photos, and videos, allowing you to see firsthand how much your cat is enjoying their stay. Cats have always been dear to me. I have years of experience caring for cats, including raising five from kittens to seniors throughout my life and caring for friends' cats as well. This experience has given me a pretty good understanding of their unique personalities and the ability to read their body language, allowing me to quickly build a bond with your beloved babies. I would like to be your reliable, diligent, and tidy cat aunt.
