“Michael was an amazing surrogate while I was away for work. He walked, played with and generally loved my Paco and that’s exactly what I wanted. Michael does not disappoint. It was a comfort to me and alleviated any concerns so that I was able to function and focus on my work without any worries about my best pet-friend. I highly recommend Michael and will definitely call him should I need such a service again. I can’t say enough good about him! He also sent pictures twice a day which were the highlight of my day. “Tracy was everything we could have hoped for in a pet sitter! We were gone for ~5 days and asked her to come check on our cat Columbo twice a day. This was our first time using Rover and it could not have gone any better because of her. She made sure we had plenty of pics and videos while we were away, was great about providing updates on how he was doing, and quick to respond if we had any questions/requests. She gave Columbo lots of love when she came to visit, along with his meals (always perfectly-arranged) and cleaning his box. We also did a meet and greet before we left which really helped Columbo feel more comfortable. She asked so many questions during the meet and greet so I could tell Columbo would be in great hands while we were away. This was 100% worth it, and we will definitely be reaching back out to Tracy the next time we need a pet sitter. 1000/10”
