Compassionate Canine Caretaker
I am a child at heart. Yes, I'm grown up, but I still can be very silly at times. I love to play games and find new ways to express myself. I have a lot of love to give, and my mission in life is making people--and pups!--happy. It hurts my heart when anyone is sad, unwell, or lonely. So I do everything I can to cheer them up. That’s where the silliness comes in! I grew up with dogs and have always loved them intensely. I’m protective, loving, and honest, and I will treat your loved one with the same care and tenderness as I would treat my own! Since I was seven, I’ve been providing love and care for a houseful of dogs--thirteen of them, to be exact. Among all the chaos, I found an oasis of peace in their vortex of energy. As time went on, I become the go-to caregiver for the pups of family and friends alike. I have experience with poodles, Dalmatians, American Rottweiler, pitbulls, Jack Russell terriers, and many more breeds. Being surrounded by dogs has taught me a great deal, and I love them dearly. My daughter, who’s 4 years old, means everything to me. I love spending time with her, going on walks, and playing the day away. Lately, I’ve gotten into making balloon animals! She gives lots of hugs and kisses, and loves to play. Both of us love getting outdoors, and the dog will accompany us everywhere we go. We’ll spend time at the park getting acquainted with other furry friends, roam the neighborhood, and play with toys. In our downtime, we’ll watch movies and get lots of cuddles. Like me, my husband grew up around dogs and loves them as much as I do. He grew up on a farm, so he’s familiar with many types of animals, and he had a dog he loved immensely. Our apartment is clean, organized, and safe. We live in Melrose One, near a dog park and a gorgeous waterfront park, with a couple of other parks nearby as well. We love to go for long, relaxing walks along the water. I’m thrilled to be able to do meaningful, fun work that enables me to spend all day with my daughter and with dogs! Owners have always trusted me because I value their pets’ wellbeing as much as my own, and I prioritize communication, care, and compassion (well, that last part comes naturally to me!). I can’t wait to meet you and your pup!

Iliana did a fantastic job. She followed all the instructions and most importantly fed our kitties on time. She left the apartment clean and spotless, just as we had left it before leaving on vacation. She did not hesitate to reach out with questions and sent us updates with pictures frequently. We look forward to having her watch them again :-) !!
Iliana was absolutely amazing with Kylo! From the moment I dropped him off, her communication was top tier. I received updates every morning, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. What really stood out to me was how attentive she was to Kylo’s needs. She even took the time to take care of his eye and make sure he was comfortable. That meant so much to me because it showed that she genuinely cared about him and wasn’t just watching him. Kylo came home happy, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would absolutely recommend Iliana to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and attentive to watch their fur baby. I’ll definitely be booking with her again. Once again Iliana took such sweet care of my baby Bailey. She’s gives pics and updates throughout the day and she’s so loving and caring to my Bailey. I will use her again in the future :-)
Iliana did a wonderful job taking care of my cat Luna while I was away. She sent me pictures, kept my apartment in good shape, followed care instructions, and communicated in a friendly way. I’d highly recommend her as a sitter so you can be away while having peace of mind.

Play! Our specific schedule will be based on your dog’s regular routine, blended with my family’s rhythms. We’ll have all day to play games, go on walks, get plenty of food and treats, and enjoy the beautiful neighborhood. Not to mention all the cuddles, ear-scratching, and other signs of affection your dog enjoys!

- We’ll do a meet-and-greet before booking a stay, so that your dog can get comfortable with me. I’ll want to know what your dog is like socially, especially around kids--but of course, I take every possible safety precaution, and prior experience around infants is not a requirement. Do you take your dog to the dog park? What’s your schedule like? What are your concerns? We’ll cover everything, from big stuff to tiny details. I care deeply about your dog’s well-being and want to make sure that you know exactly how well she’ll be cared for! During the stay, I’ll follow up with any additional questions that arise. You’ll also get up-to-date info and photos on a daily basis!
