There's always some unease leaving your dog with someone you haven't built a rapport with yet - but I'm so glad I found Grace. Her thoughtful questions about Ahri before the booking, and the confidence she gave me with her answers, made it easy to trust her with a 2 week stay. While I was away, she sent daily updates with photos and videos. Whenever anything came up - a light scuffle with another dog, an allergic reaction Ahri was having - she gave detailed updates along with how she handled each situation. Even when I wasn't able to respond right away, she kept the updates coming, which really put my mind at ease. I could tell within the first day that Ahri was comfortable - from the way she was running around with Grace to how relaxed she looked resting at her place. I would recommend Grace 1000% and would absolutely book with her again.”

Both Minako & Yoshi did their best to take care of our little girl whilst we were away - by making sure that Tsuki got lots of exercise and giving her the love & attention she needed in our absence. Whilst we were away, we were sent daily picture updates which really helped keep my mind at ease too! They even invited Tsuki & I out to the dog park after we returned. Lord Ginsberg is not your average dog. He has his own routines, preferences, quirks, and very strong opinions about comfort. Jane understood all of that immediately. Her patience was absolutely legendary, and she took the time to learn his specific needs and little eccentricities without ever making me feel like I was asking too much. What meant so much to me was how communicative she was throughout my trip. She regularly sent adorable photos and videos of Ginsberg, which gave me tremendous peace of mind while I was away. Every update made it clear that he was happy, comfortable, and being genuinely cared for. Jane is not only responsible and attentive, she’s also warm, funny, and incredibly understanding. The best compliment I can give is that I could tell she truly enjoyed Lord Ginsberg’s company. She wasn’t just watching him, she was spending time with him and appreciating his unique little personality. She even came to understand his profound and unwavering love of cheese, which any true friend of Ginsberg quickly learns is a very important part of his worldview. When I came home, I found a happy, relaxed, well-cared-for pug, and that’s every pet parent’s dream. I can’t thank Jane enough for the care, kindness, humor, patience, and attention she showed him. Anytime I travel in the future, I will be hoping Jane is available to take care of Lord Ginsberg again. She has my highest recommendation.”
