“Minako & Yoshi are such wonderful, kind, caring and warm people. It was my first time to leave my Shiba Inu pup with petsitters while my husband and I went on vacation. Both Minako & Yoshi did their best to take care of our little girl whilst we were away - by making sure that Tsuki got lots of exercise and giving her the love & attention she needed in our absence. Whilst we were away, we were sent daily picture updates which really helped keep my mind at ease too! They even invited Tsuki & I out to the dog park after we returned. We are definitely looking forward to keeping a long-term relationship with Minako & Yoshi!”

Maria is an enthusiastic and well-prepared sitter who really loves and understands dogs. Our Frenchie Lucy was very well cared for while we were away for a week. Maria did thoughtful extras like noticing her skin was irritated and applying a calming solution twice a day. She had multiple dogs boarding, which turned out to be a bonus for Lucy to have playtime buddies, and I could tell Lucy got individual attention and snuggles. Lucy wanted to stay and give her more kisses! I'd be confident in having Maria care for Lucy anytime.
This was our second time booking with Grace and I can confidently say I highly recommend her services. Our pup literally RAN up to the door when she realized where she was going. We were gone for about 2 weeks and our normally depressed-while-we’re-away dog seemed extremely happy to be on her own doggie vacation. She got lots of TLC and exercise and loved curling up and watching TV with Grace haha.
Wai Pou and her family are absolutely amazing! This was our second time booking with them, and this time it was for a much longer trip, so we really got to see how consistent and reliable their care is. They took wonderful care of our French bulldog, Azula, treating her like part of the family from the moment we dropped her off. What really stands out is the communication — they sent tons of pictures and updates throughout the entire stay, which made being away so much easier. It’s clear they genuinely love what they do and love the dogs they watch. We came home to a happy, well-loved pup and zero worries. Highly, highly recommend Wai Pou and her family to anyone looking for a sitter they can fully trust!

We had a wonderful experience with Chi! This was our very first time leaving our puppy, Pickle, in a boarding setting, so naturally we were a bit nervous. Chi made the whole experience so much easier by keeping us updated throughout the day with lots of photos, videos, and messages. We always knew how Pickle was doing, how she was getting along with the other dogs, and how her day was going, which gave us so much peace of mind. Chi was also incredibly caring and accommodating, making sure Pickle felt comfortable and adjusting to her needs so she could settle in and feel at home. It was clear that Pickle was well cared for and genuinely loved during her stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better first boarding experience, and we would absolutely trust Chi with Pickle again. Highly recommended!
