I have a six month old pug puppy who is very energetic and just got a neuter surgery, and she was able to accommodate his needs and care for him. She sent photos while I was away, mainly of him napping so I know he was tired out. She provided feedback on his pulling behaviors on walks and suggested different types of harnesses. “Pooja cared for Annabel for 3 days and 2 nights while I was out of town. She was beyond wonderful and Annabel adores her. Pooja went out of her way to learn everything she could about Annabel so she could ensure Annabel would be comfortable and even came to meet us beforehand. She is affectionate and so considerate toward Annabel, asking me good questions while I was away to ensure her health and comfort. She let Annabel sleep with her and moved her set up around so that Annabel, who has arthritis, wouldn’t have to jump up and down. I was super pleased with her photos checkins and updates. We appreciated how thoughtful he was about her needs, including taking her on very late-night walks to make sure she was comfortable and well exercised. Communication was excellent throughout . Pratik kept us consistently updated and sent so many adorable photos of Mia out and about in Jersey City, which gave us total peace of mind while we were away.
