About: I've had dogs since before I could walk. I fostered and helped friends take care of their dogs for years. Comfortable with small to giant, puppies to oldies. Can walk them as preferred and help with training. I work from home full time so extremely flexible and available short notice. My minimum is 3 walks per day but often can do more, especially if that's the preference/need. My building is pet friendly a block away from the park so ideal for lovely walks. Working from home allows me to keep an eye out for your pup whether they are playing or snuggling and I can follow your feeding/walk schedule easily. I do have one medium crate if preferred but ideally you should bring your own crate or blanket/bed as that always makes them more comfortable.
About: I’ve taken care of my family dog since I was 10. I’ve also watched family friends and relatives animals for them when they are away on vacation! I’m currently working hybrid so I can be home most days if needed when boarding an animal! I will enjoy being able to get out of my apartment every few hours to take the dog for long walks! I live in an apartment with a roommate and we always keep the door locked when we are in and out of the home. My roommate has a standard poodle who is super mellow and great with other dogs!

About: I've been around dogs my entire life and have always loved caring for animals. Over the past two years, I've dog and cat sat for friends and neighbors, whether that meant providing overnight care in my apartment or stopping by for walks, playtime, feeding, and lots of attention. I've cared for both cats and dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities, so I'm comfortable adapting to each pet's unique needs. One experience that's especially meaningful to me is participating in shelter skip days, where I take a shelter dog out for the day to give them a break from the kennel and spoil them with plenty of love. I know how important it is for pet owners to feel confident that their furry family members are in good hands, and I treat every pet I care for with the same patience, affection, and attention I'd give my own. I'll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind while you're away. I'm currently a master's student at Teachers College, Columbia University. My classes are Monday through Thursday, and only occupy a few hours each day. I will have Thursday afternoons through Sunday evenings available each week. During my available times, I'm flexible and can dedicate plenty of time to walks, playtime, cuddles, and sticking to your pet's normal routine. I live on the Upper West Side, just a block away from Riverside Park and also close to Central Park, which gives me access to beautiful, safe spaces for walks and outdoor time. For walks, I prioritize safe routes, keep dogs securely leashed, and tailor each outing to their energy level and needs. For overnight stays, my apartment is clean, calm, and pet friendly. I only care for a limited number of pets at a time so I can give each one the individualized attention they deserve.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all sizes and sizes. I grew up in a family that always had two dogs and two cats! I’ve worked with smaller dogs, like Chihuahuas to Cockapoos, as well as larger breeds like Mastiffs and Great Danes. Regardless of breed, I love working with dogs. While not reflected in my profile because it occurred off of the app, I’ve worked regularly with four family’s providing pet sitting services. While working with these families, I’ve pet sit for a cockapoo and black lab, a golden doodle, a black lab and yellow lab, as well as a mastiff/black lab mix. I’ve also consistently cat sit for a family with 3 cats, one of which has type two diabetes, I’ve had a wide range of pet sitting experience, and would be happy to continue to provide a loving and caring experience for your pet! I’m currently working part-time, so I have plenty of time to dog walk or dog sit! I’m available during the morning and afternoon, and can dog sit both throughout the week and on weekends. When I dog sitting, I walk the dogs three times a day, and make sure to take them out for a bathroom trip before heading to bed. Additionally, I make sure to spend plenty of time with them and ensure they feel safe and comfortable while their owner is away. If I am dog walking, I will typically walk the dogs for at least 30 minutes to an hour. However, this will depend on the age, size, and breed of the dog as well as the wishes of the owner. I’m happy to cater the experience to the needs of your pet!

I currently have a medium-sized dog named Alfie who I take on long walks everyday in Central Park (only 2 blocks from my apartment). I grew up with pomeranians and fostering large and small dogs so I am familiar with different temperaments and sizes.
