Having walked many different types of dogs throughout my life, I know that each dog has different personalities and needs that must be accommodated for. Each pet has its own routine that helps make sure they are happy and healthy. One of my dogs is very good at communicating when he needs to go outside, and I can read his cues and take him out for multiple walks in quick succession. Another one of my dogs is much more of a habit former and appreciates a longer walk that tires him out and gets all his energy out of his system. I constantly check on them both emotionally and physically to make sure there are no problems with their habits or their physical bodies. I always like to make sure the dogs I take care of get to spend quality time with me either at my home or at the client's home to help relax them after or before a long walk. I never leave the house without checking they have food and water readily available, and a treat to make sure they're feeling loved and cared for.
