I have over 7 years of professional animal care experience, including working in dog daycare and boarding facilities, a veterinary hospital, and professional animal care settings. I’ve cared for dogs of different breeds, sizes, ages, personalities, and activity levels, with experience in feeding, administering medications, monitoring health and behavior, supervising group and individual play, and providing plenty of exercise and attention. I also have experience caring for cats and previously worked as a veterinary assistant, where I helped safely handle and care for animals during appointments and procedures. Animal care and welfare have been a major part of both my personal and professional life for years. I’m also a dog mom to my own 3-year-old Golden Retriever, so I understand how important it is to find someone you genuinely trust with your pet. I completely trust Steph to walk my two dogs, even though they can be reactive and aren’t always the easiest to handle. She has an innate sense with animals and seems to understand their personalities and behavior in a way that comes so naturally. She is incredibly responsible and knows how to handle situations calmly and confidently. I feel completely at ease knowing my dogs are in Steph’s care, and I couldn’t recommend her more.
Stephanie is a very sweet and caring person. She loves all animals, cats, dogs, reptiles - she even loves mice! Not a lot of people I can say that truly love all animals. She is strong and has helped me walk my golden when I needed her. She has also taken my cattle dog running. :) if I ever need someone to care for my pets she is the first one I would message.

Schedule
currently provide pet care part-time and am primarily available during weekday evenings, with more flexibility on Saturdays and Sundays. I’m happy to accommodate walks, drop-in visits, feeding, playtime, and plenty of one-on-one attention. I genuinely enjoy spending my free time caring for animals and will always make sure your pet feels comfortable, happy, and well cared for!

I carefully follow each owner’s instructions and routine, including feeding, walks, medications, and any special care needs. I pay close attention to behavior and any changes in your pet’s well-being, and I’ll always treat your pet and home with the same care and respect I would expect for my own.
