“Marlene has stayed with my dog Lexi at our home multiple times when we go away. Marlene is very accommodating, she is able to make last minute changes to her schedule to fit our needs and goes above and beyond to make sure our dog is comfortable, safe, and happy. I really appreciate her flexibility. Our place is always nice and tidy when we come back home. Marlene is very responsive when contacted throughout the day, sends daily updates and pictures and it gives us peace of mind Lexi being in good hands.”

“Iris continues to be one of our go-to sitters. Highly communicative with us and gentle with our fuzzy child. I know that she takes great care of him because he's content and calm when we return home. On top of that, Iris housesits our dog and she leaves our home as I would. She is always welcome back!”

“Bryant was excellent with my senior dog. He was incredibly experienced in terms of my dog’s specific needs, including diaper changes and being mindful of her dementia traits. He was also very communicative and offered multiple updates throughout the day.”

“Absolutely awesome! Great communication and was very understanding with my dog that has some unique quirks. I came back to an apartment that was as clean or better than I left it after Emily has watched Benji overnight for 6 days. 10/10 would recommend Emily!”

“Amazing! I couldn’t recommend Alitha more. She stayed with our dogs at our house for more than a week over Christmas: they absolutely loved her and we wouldn’t want to leave our babies with anyone else honestly. Couldn’t thank her enough! She took such great care of them”

“I could not be happier with Sara! This was my first time having a non-family member watch my dog while I was out of town and I was so nervous about it. I looked at a lot of options before deciding on Sara and am so glad I did - Sara stayed at my place and with Sasha for two weeks. She took such wonderful careful of Sasha and sent me multiple pictures and updates every day. Sasha clearly loved her and Sara treated her like her own, making me feel so at ease and letting me enjoy my vacation without worrying about her. On top of that, she left my apartment just as clean as I left it. I will definitely be using Sara in the future and am so relieved to have found someone I can trust! Could not recommend Sara more.”

“Diana does really well with my dog who is very anxious about meeting new people. She keeps me informed about everything my dog does and takes great pictures of my dog. She is very good at taking instructions and takes great care of my dog.”

“Alex came to our home to sit with our Ridgeback. He was on time and very attentive to Bodhi. He sent us videos and pictures throughout the day. Bodhi is a reserved dog but Alex made very effort to win him over. I would highly recommend him and will certainly use him again.”
“Glad we went with Neil to house sit our Carl! Neil kept Carl fed and walked daily and does a great job of keeping us apprised of the latest on our pup. He also helped with applying topical medication as Carl is having skin issues on the ears. On top of it all, it was a pleasure to return home to a happy pup and a CLEAN apartment. We’d be using Neil again! (Note: Neil is our dog walker as well)”

“Asel is fantastic!!! I left my rambunctious golden retriever with her for 8 days at my house and she took phenomenal care of him. She kept me updated throughout the day of cute photos and was a clear and conscientious communicator, which gave me huge peace of mind when I was away. She also was willing to come meet with us before the actual trip to get to know Theo and he took to her immediately. I’ll definitely be using her services again!!”

“Jebraune was great! Our dog immediately took to her and she clearly has a way with dogs. She took great care of our corgi. She also went above and beyond taking him to the park for fetch, brushing him, and we could tell he’s already missing her. She also left our apartment better than she found it and we really appreciated the care she took not only of our dog but of our home.”

Cliffside Park pet parents share their Rover experiences
Jessica is the absolute sweetest and took such great care of Oliver. We really appreciated her updates through the sitting and could tell Ollie was happy and well cared for. She was gracious when we had a last minute change in our travel plans. She also left the apartment in great shape. Would highly recommend to everyone!!

Desiree is the best rover!! She’s very communicative and proactive. She took the best care of my cat- he is a big fan of hers now. Desiree was very good with following instructions and also managing any last minute changes that came up. I felt very at ease and comfortable knowing that my baby is in good hands. Would highly recommend!

Arianna was amazing with my sister and I’s two cats! We were very nervous leaving them for the first time in our new apartment, but Arianna was the best person to look after them! She kept us updated every day with new pictures, and when we got home the apartment was clean and tidy! And most importantly our two boys were settled and content!! Will definitely be booking with her again in the future!

Grace was so nice and friendly and very helpful to my wife's and I needs for a sitter at our weekend evening. Much appreciated the flexibility when our train was delayed and came home later than anticipated. She took care of our pup and provided frequent updates. She was super responsive and respectful. Would recommend!

Allen was very patient with Major (as was Bean, Allen’s Goldendoodle). He achieved what I thought was impossible: he tired my boy out! They spent a lot of time outside (taking him for walks and bike rides) and quality cuddle times. When my flight was delayed, Allen was very flexible about staying late until I arrived. For my first time leaving Major, he was in great hands with Allen. I got the pics and vids to prove it!

Anxhela is incredible. My dog is usually very anxious, but he warmed up to her almost instantly — something that never happens. She kept me updated the entire time and was so communicative and responsive. It’s clear she genuinely loves dogs and has a special ability to connect with them, which gave me so much comfort while I was away. I came home to a spotless apartment, thoughtful touches, and even a sweet card. She truly went above and beyond and I can't recommend her enough.

Violetta took great care of Scooby. Communication was excellent throughout, and I really appreciated the many photos and updates she sent, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. She was reliable, attentive, and clearly cared about making sure Scooby was comfortable. I would be happy to book with her again.
