We'd give 10 stars if that was an option. Alitha did everything we discussed and more. She took care of our Golden Retriever and cat and stayed in our home with them for 10 days. Her daily texts and pictures showed that the animals were happy and well-cared for. It was obvious that she was not only caring for them, but really spending time with them as her messages were always specific to the personalities and actions of each of them. Our dog takes medication daily, and we had complete confidence in Alitha. When we returned, the animals were calm and happy and the house was spotless. We plan to rebook Alitha again and again. The highest of recommendations to this fabulous, sweet, intelligent sitter.
Great experience! Communication was easy and consistent, and I felt very comfortable leaving my pets in her care. She went above and beyond — Rocket is currently going through a hard time and she cooked fresh meals for Rocket every day and was able to get him to eat without vomiting, which has been a big challenge for him. She was also wonderful with Luna and made sure both of them were well cared for. I really appreciated the updates and photos while I was away. They were clearly happy and comfortable. Claudia was an amazing dog sitter. She made sure our very anxious dog got enough walks, kept him company all day and night and that he always had fresh food. She was also so communicative and made us feel like we could really enjoy our vacation because she had everything under control!
