Vanessa was amazing! My wife and I wanted to go out of town on short notice, and looking on Rover for someone we found Vanessa. She made us feel confident from the moment we met her that our dogs would be in good hands. She followed every instruction we had to the letter, and made sure to send us lots of pictures and updates on our dogs. She was even able to walk all three of them at one time, which is an impressive feat considering they are all over 70 pounds. Alexandra was amazing with our dog, Otis. She provided constant care for him, and gave us many updates while we were away. She was also very responsive, answering me immediately whenever I reached out. She was able to bond with Otis very quickly. She worked with him, gave him patience, and easily adapted to changes in his routine/diet. We came home to a happy and exceptionally cared for dog. :) We would work with Alexandra again in a heartbeat!
Monique was excellent! She was able to adhere to specific instructions we needed for a reactive dog plus another dog that is relatively well behaved and our cat in our apartment. Monique was very friendly with them and able to accommodate coming over to meet them on two separate occasions before the trip began to make sure that we had all the instructions clearly understood. She was very nice during our trip while we were away and sent us photos and videos to document the time they spent together and she made sure that we felt comfortable the entire time that we were away.
My experience with Alitha was wonderful. My anxious and fearful dog took a liking to her immediately. I have never left him with anyone outside of our household, so I was very nervous. Alitha put me right at ease with her lovely demeanor. She sent me updates throughout the day and she made it possible for me to enjoy my daughter's wedding knowing Henry was in very capable and loving hands.I wouldn't hesitate to use her again.
Rachel was again amazing watching our Indie! She is so communicative and sends the best pupdates. She is so thoughtful and caring for both Indie and our home. She not only followed all of our detailed instructions perfectly, but she also improved on them for Indie’s benefit. This was my first time using Noelle to watch both my epileptic cat and my new kitten, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She stayed at my house for the weekend since my cat, RAMMY, needs medication three times a day. Before my trip, Noelle came over so we could go through everything together, including RAMMY’s medication routine. Maddie was by far the best dog sitter. I have two golden retrievers that love to run, play fetch and go on hikes. She did all of the above and more. she sent me pictures, took the dogs hiking at the reservation, they went on 2 mile walks, played fetch and were very well taken care of.
