Alexandra was amazing with our dog, Otis. She provided constant care for him, and gave us many updates while we were away. She was also very responsive, answering me immediately whenever I reached out. She was able to bond with Otis very quickly. She worked with him, gave him patience, and easily adapted to changes in his routine/diet. A last minute emergency left us without someone to care for our pup, Noah while we were on vacation. We tried a boarding facility but it stressed him out so much. Maddie was by far the best dog sitter. I have two golden retrievers that love to run, play fetch and go on hikes. She did all of the above and more. she sent me pictures, took the dogs hiking at the reservation, they went on 2 mile walks, played fetch and were very well taken care of. Great experience! Communication was easy and consistent, and I felt very comfortable leaving my pets in her care. She went above and beyond — Rocket is currently going through a hard time and she cooked fresh meals for Rocket every day and was able to get him to eat without vomiting, which has been a big challenge for him.
