Monique was excellent! She was able to adhere to specific instructions we needed for a reactive dog plus another dog that is relatively well behaved and our cat in our apartment. Monique was very friendly with them and able to accommodate coming over to meet them on two separate occasions before the trip began to make sure that we had all the instructions clearly understood. She was very nice during our trip while we were away and sent us photos and videos to document the time they spent together and she made sure that we felt comfortable the entire time that we were away.
A last minute emergency left us without someone to care for our pup, Noah while we were on vacation. We tried a boarding facility but it stressed him out so much. Maddie was by far the best dog sitter. I have two golden retrievers that love to run, play fetch and go on hikes. She did all of the above and more. she sent me pictures, took the dogs hiking at the reservation, they went on 2 mile walks, played fetch and were very well taken care of.
