“Sapphire took great care of my pup Lilly while I was out of town for a long weekend! My regular sitter was sick, so I reached out with short notice right before a holiday, and Sapphire made it work! She was very responsive and communicative throughout, replying quickly to questions and making sure to check in about little things like feeding and departure time. She also took great care of the apartment and left everything tidy and neat. Thanks Sapphire, I will definitely be in touch when Lilly needs a sitter again!”

“Michael is the BEST. He took care of our house and our cats with patience, humor, respect, and care. He sent photos, funny info, and kept us updated on their antics. A couple of things went wrong in the house while we were away (nothing to do with Michael) and he handled them with complete grace. I felt at ease while we were away and would not hesitate to hire Michael again. And again!! We recommend him 200%!!”

She follows the pawrents instructions carefully, and isn't shy to communicate with regard to the needs of the pet. She's incredibly sweet, and you can just tell she knows what she's doing. For us, she was an in-home sitter, and treated our home as if it was hers. Not only was our Simba well-cared for, our home was also spotless. We cannot rave enough about Sharon, and highly recommend her to anyone else looking for a carer for their beloved pet(s).”

“Phil did a wonderful job house sitting and taking care of my senior dog, Nugget. My dog is 17 and needs a little more care; Phil was extremely hands-on and put us at ease leaving her with him for 6 days. He was really communicative, followed directions well, thorough, sent lots of great photos, and went above what we could have hoped for. We even had a flight delay and Phil was flexible enough to stay an extra day, which we appreciated. I would definitely use him again!”

“Yulissa took care of my dog Max, a lively golden retriever with a huge heart. Max is full of energy and requires both physical exercise and mental stimulation to stay happy—something Yulissa understood perfectly from day one. She took him on daily walks, organized fun games like fetch, and made sure he was always well-fed and content. Max can be a little anxious in new environments, but Yulissa showed incredible patience and kindness, making him feel completely at home. She even taught him a couple of new tricks, which was such a nice bonus! When I picked Max up, he was cheerful, full of energy, and clearly well cared for.”
