Maria was amazing! This was our first time leave our fur baby with someone who wasn’t family for a longer period of time and Maria couldn’t have made it easier! She was easy to coordinate with, stayed in contact the perfect amount while we were away, and Stella had a wonderful wonderful time. We will DEFINITELY be using her again! Linh is the best! Oreo absolutely loves her, and I always feel completely at ease leaving him in her care. She's reliable, attentive, and clearly treats him like her own. Ryan was terrific with Fala! We met outside Central Park a few weeks ahead of Fala's first stay so she could acclimate and meet Ryan's sweet older pooch. All went well and so did Fala's three nights with Ryan. I'm always nervous leaving Fala with a new sitter but Ryan was great about sending me lots of photos reassuring me that she was eating, exercising, and snoozing to her heart's content. I've already got another stay booked!
Jagruti is a lifesaver and a gem. She was super patient and kind with my nervous senior dog with especially complicated meds and dietary needs for 4 days/nights and kept me well-informed all throughout her stay. We will definitely use her services again and appreciate her care and attention to detail to accommodate my Stella’s special needs.
If I could give 10 stars, I would! Yulia is responsible, communicative, professional and caring. My dog is like a child to me but I was truly able to relax and trust her when he was under her care. Tons of photos and videos that reassured me of their days together, she honored the request for stairs for the bed (dachshunds and their backs!) and she even told me when they were saying goodnight! Already planning the next trip and will be booking her for sure!!!!
Carson was great! My dog, Maui can be anxious and has some triggers. Carson understood these perfectly and manufactured a fun & safe environment for my dog to hang out while we were away. She was also very accomodating to my schedule. All you could want in someone who will take care of your furry family.
