He was very thorough in doing a preparation call to learn all about my cats prior to the visit. The visit was terrific. While my cats were only with Steven for a short stay, they were able to get comfortable enough to explore and play which speaks to Steven's ability to provide a safe and welcoming environment. Tony and Sofiya are the sweetest! I was really nervous to leave Winnie because it’s the first time I left her with someone who wasn’t family, but Tony and Sofiya took such good care of her and sent me regular updates with pictures of her snuggling with their little pug, Dulce. They even brushed her teeth and dealt with her leash reactivity on walks with ease. It was easy to see that Winnie was in good hands!

Lillian has always been so amazing with Max! I really trust her to take good care of him, and I always feel comfortable leaving Max with her when I’m out of town. She's always so communicative, attentive, and caring toward Max. It puts me at ease knowing he’s with her and her sweet Picasso.
I am so glad I found Nicolas and his family. His Step dad Ricardo is a retired firefighter with such a calm demeanor, which was a huge plus when you are dealing with a GSD puppy. His mom also has a lot of experience growing up with her own dogs. Initially I had a very hard time finding a sitter that accepted unspayed dogs and dogs that are in heat. I am grateful that wasn’t the case with Nicolas and his family. I dropped off my dog and she had diarrhea which I thought would’ve cleared up with a bland diet with chicken and white rice, which they had cooked for her. They also administered medication at times and had to walk her at all times throughout the night when she had to go. Every day they kept me up to date on my dogs health and sent photos and videos. I could see my baby was very happy. They also did some magic because my dog would go crazy when I cleaned the floors with a broom or a rag but that isn’t the case anymore. I don’t think you will find a more loving family that will take care of your pet like it’s their own.
