My dog is elderly and has a luxating patella in his back knee, and she was very attentive to his needs and limitations. When we picked him up, he was happy, calm, and clearly very well taken care of. “Stella is amazing!! This was the first time we were leaving Norman for longer than a weekend so we were a bit nervous knowing he’s a high energy dog. Stella kept us updated every day with a mini recap of videos and pictures. She made sure he got enough exercise and play time throughout the day as well as stimulation. We were so appreciative of her helpful tips and thoughtfulness throughout his stay including giving him enrichment toys, lots of outside time, and maintaining some training habits. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Yulia is responsible, communicative, professional and caring. My dog is like a child to me but I was truly able to relax and trust her when he was under her care. Tons of photos and videos that reassured me of their days together, she honored the request for stairs for the bed (dachshunds and their backs!) and she even told me when they were saying goodnight! Already planning the next trip and will be booking her for sure!!!!
Carson was great! My dog, Maui can be anxious and has some triggers. Carson understood these perfectly and manufactured a fun & safe environment for my dog to hang out while we were away. She was also very accomodating to my schedule. All you could want in someone who will take care of your furry family.
Sunhgim took such great care of my 2.5 year old shihpoo. She sent us regular updates, including photos and videos, which made us feel at ease and connected with our pup even when we were far away. Onur and Ekin took wonderful care of our Maki while we were away. They kept us updated with messages and photos, and it was clear she was comfortable, happy, and well cared for. Maki can be a little particular, so it means a lot to find someone patient and attentive who understands her needs.
