My dog is elderly and has a luxating patella in his back knee, and she was very attentive to his needs and limitations. Darlene was FANTASTIC with our cats! Our cats didn't even want to leave when it was time to go, and the two of them got along better than when they are home! My wife and I are very overprotective of our furbabies and Darlene made sure to update us frequently on how they were doing.

Alex took wonderful care of our dog Keith while we were away on vacation.
