My dog is elderly and has a luxating patella in his back knee, and she was very attentive to his needs and limitations. She handled him carefully, made sure he was comfortable, and truly paid attention to his health. She kept us updated throughout the entire stay, which gave us so much peace of mind. When we picked him up, he was happy, calm, and clearly very well taken care of. On top of that, she even washed him the day before pickup, so he came home freshly cleaned, which was such a thoughtful touch. You can tell she genuinely cares about animals. Liudmyla was an amazing care taker for my 3 boy cats. She was always quick to respond and reply to my messages. Very clear and good communicator. She sent me plenty of videos and photos throughout the day. And her constant updates reassured me. My cats loved her and they were able to adapt pretty quickly because of all the effort and time liudmyla puts into getting to know each cat and gaining their trust. Even when I experienced some issue with flight delays, she was able to accommodate and take my boys for 2 extra nights. I greatly appreciate her and she’s a lovely person to work with. Leaving my dog with someone new for the first time was something I was incredibly nervous about, but Saldin made me feel comfortable from our very first interaction. As a dog mom, I wanted someone who would care for my baby the way I do, and she exceeded every expectation. She cared for my dog for four days and kept me updated the entire time. She sent so many pictures and videos, along with regular updates about my dog's behavior, which gave me so much peace of mind. Seeing videos of my dog giving her kisses and having such a great time reassured me that my pup felt safe, happy, and loved. One thing that really stood out to me is how genuinely caring Saldin is. When she talks about the dogs she's cared for, she refers to each one by their name instead of just saying "the dog." She remembers them and treats each one as her own family which speaks volumes about how much she truly loves and connects with the pets in her care. She also made sure my dog got plenty of exercise, attention, and affection. Saldin is incredibly sweet, communicative, thoughtful, and reassuring. I never had to wonder how my baby was doing because she always kept me informed. I can't recommend Saldin enough! If you're looking for someone who will treat your baby like family and give you complete peace of mind while you're away, she's the one!!!!
They are very professional, experienced, and thoughtful. They took the time to understand Kuma’s personality and needs, and sent me daily photo updates. Kuma had so much fun with them and got along great with their dog, Nala. When I picked up Kuma, she didn’t even want to leave! Bella usually gets super stressed in new environments, but I could tell she was very well taken care of.
