This was our first time having Deanna care for our two kitties and I am so happy that we found her. We were anxious to leave our fur babies to go on an overseas trip, but Deanna's well written and thoughtful updates truly put us at ease and it was clear that she read and followed our specific care instructions. I could see from the photos that the kitties were comfortable in her presence. It pleasantly surprised me that even my super shy one came out when she was there, and approached her more closely with each passing day. Deanna even went above and beyond when I asked her to leave nuts out each day for the baby squirrels that visit our deck.
