We cannot say enough amazing things about Katya! We have a rescue dog who was previously abused and is extremely anxious — especially around new people. As you can imagine, we were just as anxious leaving her for the first time. Katya went above and beyond to make all of us feel comfortable. She sent multiple updates and pictures every single day, which really eased our minds. It was clear from the photos that our girl felt safe and cared for. She took her on lots of walks, was patient with her anxiety, and made sure she received her medication exactly as instructed. That level of attentiveness meant everything to us.
