They had a plan and a divider and worked on exposure everyday to help acclimate her. They are super clean, and followed the care plan. Kinjal was amazing with Timmy. This is our first time leaving him with someone other than family so we were a bit worried. After the inital meetup, talking with Kinjal, and seeing where he would be staying, my worries started to fade. During the boarding, Kinjal communicated daily with photo and video updates and frequently asked questions about Timmy in order to provide the best care of him. We will definitely go with Kinjal again. Highly recommended!
Maria took such good care of Zoe! Zoe is a bit of an anxious dog and she took to Maria immediately. I could tell from the pics that Maria sent, that Zoe was calm and happy and very well cared for. We will surely reach out to Maria again to watch Zoe the next time we’re out of town.
Jessica has been absolutely wonderful - she provided great care for our dog while we were away. Our dog is very slow to trust people but Jessica managed to gain his trust almost immediately. She took great care in providing him his medications plus his dietary food, and it was obvious that he had a great time staying with her! Thank you Jessica!
Fran was wonderful with our dog! She was incredibly kind and caring, and Nova took to her right away. Fran made sure Nova was eating well and kept us updated each day with pictures and messages about how she was doing. We felt completely at ease knowing Nova was in such great hands. To say Caita was a life saver is putting it lightly. She stepped up and rescued Louie from a very stressful situation. Not only did she drive and pick him up , she treated him like it was her own dog. She went above and beyond what was expected of her and turned a nightmare into a dream . I am beyond grateful for Caita and highly recommend her to anyone !
Katherine took fantastic care of our two pups! Christian and his family were amazing with our 15-year-old Chihuahua, Cocoa. She has some medical needs, and we were nervous to leave her with a stranger for a week. Christian's experience and friendly, calm demeanor put us at ease. He was patient, understanding and gave her time to adjust. Oscar was SO EXCITED to go over to Pete's house - I swear, he figured out what was happening 10 minutes beforehand, and waited by the back door for us to let him out. He flew into the house without so much of a backwards glance. Oscar spent several hours with Pete and when he came back home, he was happy and exhausted!! Little snuggle bug went right to sleep.
