I was super nervous leaving Murphy with someone he didn’t know for a few days, but as soon as I met Christian and his family, I felt instantly comfortable. They were so friendly and welcoming! Christian was awesome with communication — even before I dropped Murphy off, he answered all my questions and made the whole process easy. While I was away, he sent just the right amount of pics and videos of Murphy living his best life, which made me feel so much better. Picking him up was super easy too. “Excellent boarding parents! Jeff and Jenny are a well versed couple with dogs from the initial meet and greet thru pick up at the end of our booking. Smooth process thru the entire stay. Our gentle giant extremely needy labradoodle did great! They provided us with plenty of updates which included pictures and videos of his time with them. He was fortunate to have another doodle as a buddy during his stay. We will be glad to use Jeff and Jenny in the future for our boarding/care taking needs yet again!”

When I was picking him up, Sabrina explained in detail how he ate, slept, walked and behaved during the stay. This proved to me that Sabrina paid a lot of attention to my dog. We cannot say enough amazing things about Katya! We have a rescue dog who was previously abused and is extremely anxious — especially around new people. As you can imagine, we were just as anxious leaving her for the first time. Katya went above and beyond to make all of us feel comfortable. She sent multiple updates and pictures every single day, which really eased our minds. It was clear from the photos that our girl felt safe and cared for. She took her on lots of walks, was patient with her anxiety, and made sure she received her medication exactly as instructed. That level of attentiveness meant everything to us.
