Heather has great, well fenced yard that Auggie enjoyed many zoomies in - even on the day it rained. Auggie can be challenging to walk in public due to some dog reactivity, but Heather took great care to follow the tips I passed along when I dropped him off and I felt totally at ease. 100/10 would (and absolutely will) be returning again!”

Alex was great with Tahlia. He loved her like his own. Tahlia was well cared for. Tahlia was very comfortable and happy the minute she met him. Alex also sent me pictures of Tahlia while I was on my trip. Alex Also went out of his was to pick up more food for Tahlia when it ran out. Tahlia enjoyed the back yard and walks. She also loved playing with his dog. Such a warm and friendly person and lovely house. Alex tucked Tahlia in bed every night. Tahlia wanted to stay. I would definitely leave Tahlia with him again. Jessica has been absolutely wonderful - she provided great care for our dog while we were away. Our dog is very slow to trust people but Jessica managed to gain his trust almost immediately. She took great care in providing him his medications plus his dietary food, and it was obvious that he had a great time staying with her! Thank you Jessica!
This was our second time leaving Nipsey & Rosie with Lindsey, and once again, she was absolutely amazing! From booking his stay to picking up my dog after my trip, Christabel was communicative and trustworthy. In the initial visit to her apartment, it was evident it was very clean, safe, and stylish. She proactively asked for documentation needed in case of emergency which is thoughtful. Throughout my dogs stay I received numerous photos and videos of him being walked or lounging, and he didn’t seem anxious like he usually is in new situations. He stopped eating like I mentioned to her, and she went out to get a different wet food for him which he loved! She also got him a small ball at the same time to try a new toy. I have used more expensive pet boarding services in the past, and decided to try rover to save money. Im glad to say the service provided by Christabel was so personable and comforting I was able to relax on my trip knowing my dog was in good hands.
Moonyoung and Sunhyung took such wonderful care of our dog Nova. From the very begining, they were thoughful, kind and caring. They asked all the right questions and really took the time to understand Nova's needs and personality. They provided daily updates on how Nova was doing along with a few pictures! It was clear they genuienly cared about her and treated her like their own. I highly recommend them and will definitely call on them again to care for our girl!
