“Darien deserves the award for the world’s best dog sitter! Our two dogs Matcha and Zuma had the time of their lives with Darien and her family! Before we found Darien we would have to leave them with someone who kept them in a pen all day and night, due to Matcha always trying to escape. However, Darien was the first dog sitter we could trust to allow Matcha to roam free, and that’s saying a lot!! Darien was extremely professional, reliable, responsive and overall extremely kind with both Matcha and Zuma. She treated them as her own with endless love and care. The constant pictures and videos she would send, put a smile on our faces and gave us a sense of ease! The amount of time and attention she put towards them touched me! We never had to worry! From booking his stay to picking up my dog after my trip, Christabel was communicative and trustworthy. In the initial visit to her apartment, it was evident it was very clean, safe, and stylish. She proactively asked for documentation needed in case of emergency which is thoughtful. Throughout my dogs stay I received numerous photos and videos of him being walked or lounging, and he didn’t seem anxious like he usually is in new situations. He stopped eating like I mentioned to her, and she went out to get a different wet food for him which he loved! She also got him a small ball at the same time to try a new toy. I have used more expensive pet boarding services in the past, and decided to try rover to save money. Im glad to say the service provided by Christabel was so personable and comforting I was able to relax on my trip knowing my dog was in good hands.
Sonya was amazing with our doggie Kylo. This is Kylo’s first time away from home and familiar faces so he was anxious. Sonya made sure to treat him like her own and kept me up to date on his stay. Would highly recommend her to anyone needing sitting services and her doggie also made Kylo feel welcomed.
Moonyoung and Sunhyung took such wonderful care of our dog Nova. From the very begining, they were thoughful, kind and caring. What a relief. Our 10yr old Guinny has not had overnight boarding/sitting in years. Now that he is visually impaired and diabetic we were extremely nervous to leave him multiple days. Berenice was so attentive and made us feel comfortable from the very start. She maintained his twice-a-day insulin injection schedule and kept him active. At pick up I could immediately tell he felt safe with her as there was no pulling away, no whining, no fuss. We did not enter fully inside the home but still felt it was welcoming and suitable for dog-siiting. We are happy and will definitely book Berenice again.
