About: I’m a dog mom to 3 sweethearts: Sherlock (15-lb Shih Tzu rescue), Jessie (55-lb American pitbull rescue) and Sasha (40-lb mixed terrier rescue). They all are very reactive to different triggers (people, other dogs, cats, squirrels/wildlife, etc.), and they’ve taught me how to be a better parent. Puppo (18-lb Maltipoo), our 15-year old senior dog, crossed the rainbow bridge in August 2025. Taking care of Puppo for 2 years was a transformative experience - he even taught me how to age with dignity and grace. I work a full-time hybrid job (2 days remote) and Saturday (10:30-1pm), but my calendar will be as up-to-date as possible! I take your pets’ safety very seriously, and will ask questions during our meet-and-greets to ensure their safety under my care. Additionally, I’ll take pictures during walks and cuddles/playtime, and be as communicative as possible. As a dog mom who has used Rover many times, I understand what many parents need!

About: My family owns an animal sanctuary, so I’ve grown up around animals and have had a lot of hands-on experience caring for them. I’m comfortable with feeding, walking, playing, cleaning up after pets, and making sure they feel safe and comfortable. Being around animals has always been a big part of my life, and I genuinely enjoy giving them attention and care. I have a flexible schedule and can make time for walks, playtime, feeding, potty breaks, and check-ins throughout the week. I’m happy to work with your pet’s normal routine and make sure they get plenty of attention and care while you’re away. I always try to make pets feel comfortable and safe. I’ll follow any instructions you leave, keep a close eye on them during walks and playtime, and make sure doors, gates, and leashes are secure. I’m also very patient with pets that are shy or take a little time to warm up.

About: I have a 4 year old golden retriever that we’ve had since he was 10 weeks old. I absolutely adore animals of every kind. I know basic training for dogs and am still learning each day. I’m incredibly active with a flexible schedule and would love to help out! I work for myself and create my own schedule. I go on multiple walks a day. I like to be home often and spend most of the time in the Montclair area. I have a fenced in yard and a very friendly golden retriever who is 4 years old and trained. It’s mostly me that will be at home though my husband will be around as well who also loves animals.

About: I’ve had dogs in my life for over 20 years, from childhood through adulthood, and have personally cared for five dogs over that time. Being around dogs has always been a big part of my life, so I understand the attention, patience, exercise, and love that goes into making sure they’re happy and comfortable. My current dog, Reyna, is a loving 4-year-old Micro Bully/Frenchie mix with plenty of personality. Caring for her has given me even more hands-on experience with daily walks, feeding routines, playtime, exercise, and understanding a dog’s individual needs and behaviors. I’m comfortable with different personalities, energy levels, and routines, and I know how important it is to have someone you can trust with your pet. Whether I’m stopping in for a visit, going for a walk, or spending more time with them while you’re away, I’ll treat your pet with the same patience, attention, and care I give my own. I work remotely and have a very flexible daily schedule, which makes it easy for me to fit pet care into my routine. Even on days when I have meetings scheduled, I have plenty of flexibility throughout the day for walks, drop-in visits, feeding, playtime, and spending quality time with your pets. I do train a couple of evenings during the week, but it shouldn’t interfere with providing consistent and reliable care. Working from home gives me the ability to plan around each pet’s normal routine rather than expecting them to adjust to mine. Whether your pet needs attention during the workday, a midday walk, or care while you’re away, I can be flexible and make sure they’re getting the time and attention they need. My home is already set up with pets in mind. My cats have plenty of comfortable spaces throughout the apartment, including a cat tower, a window perch, and different areas where they can relax or have their own space. My dog also has access to a dog park within my apartment complex, which makes regular exercise, playtime, and outdoor breaks easy and convenient. My dog and cats are all comfortable around each other and live together peacefully. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I understand how important it is to keep them comfortable by maintaining the routine and environment they’re already familiar with. I’ll follow your instructions for feeding, walks, playtime, litter care, and any other routines you have in place. Whether your pet is staying with me or I’m caring for them in their own home, my priority is making sure they feel safe, comfortable, cared for, and get plenty of attention while you’re away.

About: I understand how important it is to have someone reliable and patient looking after your pets, and I always try to give them lots of attention, affection, and exercise based on their individual needs. I currently offer drop-in visits, house sitting, and walks. I know every pet has their own personality, so I always do my best to make them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I also have a senior dog of my own who has a special diet and is partially blind, so I understand the extra patience and attention some pets may need. During walks, I keep her close to me, help guide her safely up and down stairs, and carry her when needed. I also administer her eye drops daily and make sure she stays comfortable and relaxed. Caring for her has taught me how important gentle, attentive care is, especially for senior pets or pets with special needs. I have a fairly flexible schedule! I’m currently available weekday afternoons and evenings, as well as full availability on weekends for Over night House sitting, drop in visits for both cats and dogs, and dog walking! Visits include feedings, fresh water, potty breaks, walks and playtime! I’m happy to help keep up with your pet’s normal routine so they feel safe and relaxed in their own home. For walks, I focus on making sure your dog has a safe and fun outing.
