“Tony is very intuitive -- depending on an individual dog's personality, Tony adapts, approaching quieter dogs gently, and playing with more rambunctious dogs just the ways they like to be played with to get their energy out. I've never seen a dog that hasn't taken to Tony instantly -- my lab knows Tony by name and perks up whenever I mention him. He's really the best!”

“Michael did a fantastic job with drop-in visits to take care of our 3 cats while we were gone on vacation! When our usual sitter was unavailable, I was nervous about having a new person take care of them, but he was incredible! Michael was very professional and communicated well the entire time with daily pictures and detailed updates. The cats are generally nervous around new people, but he made them feel comfortable with all their favorite things and treats. I was also happy he stopped by to meet the cats and to let me show him around before the first visit. Would definitely have Michael care for the trio again!”

“Reliable and very helpful. We paid for drop-in service over Christmas. Deb took care of both of our Amstaff mixes for a week and a half during the massive bomb cyclone that froze N. America. Our older dog had an accident the first night before the first drop-in and Deb took care of it. He is also aging and needed some extra tlc. Everybody and everything looked great when we got back! “I'm so glad we found Karin! She went above and beyond for our cats during her drop-in visits when we were away. She also brought in packages without us asking and cleaned up after the big messes our kitten made. She also administered our older cat's anxiety medication. This cat has severe anxiety and trusts no one besides me and my husband but during the last few visits, our cat actually approached Karin, which is basically unheard of!”

One of my family members who was checking on things while we were away accidentally locked a lock that Brandon didn’t have a key for and once he got in touch with me he drove back to my house after 11 pm just to make sure the dog went out one more time.
