Mark answered my request on short notice and really helped me out. He is very friendly and trustworthy. He always showed up exactly on-time and was very careful with my dogs. I needed to ask him to let himself in and feed my dogs in addition to the original request just to walk them and he had no problem doing exactly what I needed his help with. This was only our first meeting with Brad. We booked him for 1 hour prior to a planned pet sitting stayover to meet us and our loving boy Jackson. To familiarize Brad with Jackson's routine, we wanted him to join us while we took Jackson on his daily walk. Brad was attentive and asked thorough questions about Jackson's care. They got along right away. We feel more comfortable having scheduled a longer initial meet. It gave us more peace of mind in knowing that the care and well being of our sweet baby and the care and regard for our home will be in good hands!
