I joined Rover 5 years ago because I didn’t have any pets of my own at the time - and truly missed that element in my life. Since then, I’ve been connected with hundreds of cats and dogs who have brought nothing but joy into my life! I’m grateful for this platform, and to be able to connect with people like you. First and foremost, I do this because I love it. My experience with animals is vast. I’ve owned cats and dogs (large and small), fostered animals, shadowed a veterinarian, and volunteered for four years at shelters (Trenton and Mercer County Animal Shelters). At the shelters, I completed training programs related to proper dog walking techniques, training cues, and animal socialization. I also had the pleasure of attending adoption events to advocate for animals awaiting their forever homes. I began a dog walking business when I was 16-years-old. It has ebbed and flowed through time and phases of life, but I have consistently cared for cats and dogs on a daily basis since joining Rover. And I’m so happy to do so! I’m detail oriented and organized, two necessary skills when it comes to managing this business. My clients’ trust in me is never taken for granted, I will always provide top level service from start to finish.
