“We recently hired Claudine as our weekly dog walker and were extremely happy with how the first week went. Our dog, Buster, is a recent adoption, and we were unsure how he would take to a new person walking him when we went back to work, but Claudine was great with him. She was patient and understanding, really taking in his needs to ensure that he felt safe and happy. We are delighted to have Claudine as part of our weekly walking routine with Buster and would highly recommend her for anyone looking into this service.”

“Elissa is amazing! She is super nice and very responsible. She walks my dog several times a week and I never had an issue. Always on time and she makes sure he gets good exercise and some play time. Highly recommend!”

About: I’ve taken care of my precious doggies ever since I was 10 years old. Many people have even called me the “dog whisperer” 👀. I have a puppy of my own and we go on long walks by a gorgeous fall by our apartment. In unrelated addition, I have experience with elder dogs so I know how to administer medicine in various sneaky ways. I work from home so I would be with your pup 24/7 giving theme lots of attention which would probably (definitely) affect my work but who caaaares, puppies are way more important in my life 😭💕. I live in an apartments but has lots of private property space in the back for dogs to run around! My apartment complex is dog friendly so we have a community of dogs that are very friendly and love meeting new friends. I have a puppy that hasn’t turned 1 yet but she is EXTREMELY, CONCERNINGLY friendly (guard dog WHO?) so she would absolutely love to share her space with literally anyyyy dog.

About: I have been an animal lover all of my life. I grew up with cats, caring for my beloved Walter until he passed at 20 years old. I have since had the pleasure of my own Lab (now 10) as well as experience in Doggy Day Care where I was playroom manager and responsible for dogs anywhere from 1-20 in one playroom at a time(room combo of an average of 45-55 dogs in the whole building split between rooms and size).I am looking forward to more one on one relationships with families and their pets. I am looking forward to a career as a Vet Technician, and plan to take classes in the Fall. At the moment, I am wide open to spend time with local pets as I prepare to return to school. My plan come Fall will be part time classes and more time animals. Pet care will be my priority in my weekly routine. I always spend time in advance with the fur babies to get to know them and importantly, discuss the pet parents' needs. Do they need special food? Special training at meals for over excited pups? How much do they like to play/walk? Do they like to interact with other pets or prefer to stay one on one with me? I am also extremely responsible in the homes of pet parents, cleaning up after the babies as well as making sure the home is secure.
About: Multiple years of pet sitting as well as dog daycare work. Capable and experienced with multiple breeds and sizes of dogs. Available most days of the week. Available most days and times for work. Can work flexible hours if needed later in the day or earlier in the morning. Schedule may vary. Pets are always a priority. When housesitting I always ensure to maintain and respect my surroundings and the needs of the pets in the house.
“Jamie is great! She has been able to provide a consistent schedule and accommodates my needs when my schedule changes. It has been super helpful to know I have such a reliable and dependable walker. My Khali is always happy to see Jamie!”

“I highly recommend Ewelina. Ewelina was great with my Rosie. My Rosie who’s a Shih Tzu can be a little difficult at times but was happy to have Ewelina. When she refused to go out for a walk, Ewelina was able to play with her and coax her into putting on her harness and leash. She took great care of her between walking and playing. Will definitely use her again.”

About: What sets me apart is my lifelong experience with animals and my hands-on care in different situations. I’ve been taking care of my own dogs, cats, and bunnies since I was six years old, so I understand daily routines, exercise needs, and how to keep pets happy and safe. I’ve also helped my grandmother care for cats through the Start Foundation, where I learned patience, gentle handling, and how to look after multiple animals at once. Because of this, I’m comfortable with pets of all ages—from energetic puppies and kittens who needs attention to older pets who require a calmer, more careful approach. I pay close attention to each pet’s behavior and needs, making sure they feel comfortable, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I’ve always had responsibilities taking care of animals at home. I’m used to planning my day around feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and making sure pets get the attention they need. I’m consistent and organized, so I can easily stick to a pet’s routine and follow any specific instructions. On a weekly basis, I have a flexible schedule, which allows me to be reliable and available for regular visits or last-minute needs. Taking care of pets is something I genuinely enjoy, so I make it a priority to give them quality time, whether that’s exercise, play, or just keeping them company. For dog walking, I make sure each walk is safe, structured, and tailored to the dog’s energy level and needs. I follow your usual route or preferences, keep dogs securely leashed, and pay close attention to their behavior and surroundings. During walks, I allow time for exercise, bathroom breaks, and a positive interactions so they stay happy and engaged. For drop-in visits, I focus on maintaining your pet’s normal routine. This includes feeding, refreshing water, cleaning up after them, and spending quality time with play or companionship so they don’t feel lonely. I also keep an eye on their overall behavior and well-being, making sure everything seems normal while you’re away. For cats, I make sure they are safely in their home and always being careful about opening the door so they don't escape. I take my time till they get to know me. In both cases, I respect your home, follow all instructions carefully, and provide dependable, attentive care so you can feel confident your pet is in good hands.
About: I’ve taken care of pets since birth. I have so much love in my heart for my fur babies, and It’ll be the same for your fur babies. I’m huge on not only building trust with Pet parents, but the pets themselves. They all deserve the world. Pet care fits into my routine just like any responsibility I take seriously. Every day I make sure my pet is fed, hydrated, and gets enough attention and activity. Throughout the week, I stay on top of grooming and keeping their space clean so they’re always comfortable. It’s really about consistency and discipline, making sure they’re good no matter how busy I am. I have a fenced yard, and two friendly dogs. They go for walks every day, get fed twice a day and lots of snacks. They hate baths and getting their teeth brushed but it’s a need. They also get lots and lots of playtime.
“Booked last minute. Geoff communicated quickly, followed all instructions & took good care of my pup. He was very punctual and Fanta had a great time with him. Thank you”

About: I always had a passion for animals and entered the pet care industry at a young age. I began my journey and passion as a veterinary technician for Dr. Silas Ashmore at All Creatures Great and Small Animal Hospital in Fairfield, NJ. After caring for animals in a medical setting, I started working and gained experience boarding pets at Rovers Ranch. My love for all pets grew, but I have a special love for dogs. after working in this amazing place I started building a goal that is to ensure that all dogs feel and look their best, so grooming was my next endeavor. After obtaining my certification for grooming and styling at the Nash Academy, I began my career at Urban Paws in Summit, NJ. After working as a groomer for two years, I set out on my own and started Rovers Makeovers in 2010, during my time of grooming I have cared for many dogs , I always had a passion for dogs and a deep connection with them no matter if its a puppy or a senior dog, I will care for them like my own. I have experience in dog sitting and dog walking, I provide a fun, spacious, clean, comfortable NO KENNEL/ NO CRATE environment in my care. I guarantee an open line of communication with all pup parents during their stay . you will be in the know with lots of pictures and videos. This my full time job because I'm a dog groomer which gives me enough time to care for your Pup and plenty of time to play with them! I love walking in the morning and will be a perfect time to also walk the dogs! My wife likes to take a mid afternoon stroll, which is great for another dog walk. We also have a backyard and play with dogs in the late afternoon and evenings, and on weekends we try to get as much playtime in as we can and we have near by some beautiful dogs parks too.

“Digdem is a great walker! She’s always punctual, our (sometimes difficult) beagle loves her, and she’s very responsive on the app. Highly recommended! If she can handle our pup she can handle anything”

“Jonny is absolutely amazing!! He is so kind, professional, flexible and (most importantly) incredible with our dog. We feel very lucky to have found him and know that our dog is always in the best hands with him!”

I was so thankful to have found Maureen to walk my dog, Jimmy, during my surgical recovery when I was not permitted to walk the dog on a leash. Having Maureen walk the dog during my recovery reduced a lot of stress so that I could recover more quickly. She is an incredible, punctual, flexible, and trustworthy dog walker. She truly loved Jimmy, who gave her kisses after every walk. Maureen followed all my direction for caring for Jimmy. What was most incredible was that Maureen walked Jimmy through the extremely cold weather that we just experienced. She went above and beyond in walking Jimmy through these cold temperatures by wrapping him in a fleece blanket and carrying him to spots where he could poop and pee. Maureen is highly professional and will go the extra mile to take loving care for your dog. I would highly recommend her and would book her again to take care of Jimmy.
Annie was an absolute hero, swooping in when I most needed her!! Random double shift meant I needed someone to check on my two dogs, and she went above and beyond, giving me a detailed post-walk run down and a million pictures of my babies. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone! Thank you, Annie!

Donna couldn’t have been more reliable, professional or friendly! She followed our specific instructions with ease and kept me posted along the way. I had no reason to worry and knew our dog was in great hands! I would happily request her help with our best four-legged friend again!
