About: I have years of experience in the caretaking of animals and I’ve always done it with love, my family and friends always trusted me to care for their pets since I was younger and i’ve always enjoyed it. I love every part of taking care of animals whether its grooming, bathing oral medications administration etc… Animals will always hold a special place in my heart. My schedule is very flexible, I usually stay home and do online school work most of the time, so I’m available really anytime on weekdays and sometimes on weekends. About: I spent the past 4 years running a successful dog-watching business in NYC with my partner. We have since relocated to Northern NJ and intend to provide the same high quality services for pets here. I grew up with animals - dogs, rabbits, birds, mice, turtles and fish. I would’ve had cats too if members of my family weren’t so allergic. As a teen I volunteered with friends at our local animal shelter and chose to work with the cat population because most of the volunteers wanted to walk the dogs. Most recently I trained my own dog - starting from when she was 6 weeks old. I used a combination of training techniques (including crate training) to successfully potty-train her, teach her to walk on a leash and eventually teach her to hike and run together off-leash. My dog is now 3 years old and I bring her to my grandmother’s assisted living facility. She interacts with and plays appropriately with other dogs, pets, adults and children of all ages. “Geoff and Jenny did a wonderful job taking care of my dog, Morgan. They took him out to walk for up to 5 miles, and had plenty of interaction between him and there 3 or dogs. Morgan is a Labrador retriever and weighs about 95 lbs. He fell in love with a small female dog and played well with him. He stayed for about a month while my wife and I stayed in Japan and then the Philippines. Geoff and Jenny sent many photos and videos through Whats.app. We sent a video of myself and two grandaughters (11 and 13 years) telling Morgan than we miss him and will be back in a couple of weeks.
