It started with the big German Shepherds at my grandparents’ home, where I helped look after them, followed by Great Danes, Collies, Newfoundlands, and Spaniels belonging to friends, whose responsibility I often shared on trips and hikes. And then came the greatest joy of all: over the years, first a mixed-breed and later a Chinese Crested Powderpuff became part of my family. Since I can’t have a dog right now, every chance to spend time with one makes me genuinely happy. I pay close attention to each dog’s personality and routine, carefully follow the owner’s instructions, and want them to feel comfortable and secure with me. Long walks, playing, and simply spending time together are another source of joy. I look forward to meeting your four-legged family members and caring for them. I work remotely, so your four-legged baby will have company most of the time. I usually leave for personal errands only once every couple of days and for no more than 3–4 hours. My schedule is quite flexible, so I’m happy to arrange walks, drop-in visits, or longer stays, with plenty of time for walks and play throughout the day. I carefully follow your instructions and your pet’s usual routine so they feel safe, comfortable, and secure with me. I never let a dog off leash in my yard because the fence is not fully enclosed.
