About: I have experience with both dogs and cats. I lived with my cousin and her dog for some time so her dog became my adopted dog. I enjoyed taking her on walks, playing with her, and making sure she is happy which made me happy. After some time, I moved out and got a cat. My cat was very playful, had a unique funny and cute character. But unfortunately she got very sick. There were many veterinary visits to take her to, administration of medications and making her last living few weeks as best as possible. I enjoy taking care of pets. I am an animal lover and am passionate about all animals. I currently have a flexible schedule so I can accommodate your pet’s needs. Both mornings and early afternoon work best for Monday through Friday :) I am respectful of my client’s home and treat pets as if they are my own. I am attentive and responsive to pet’s needs. About: I grew up with 3 Shiba Inus for close to 17 years and now have 2 cats of my own, Pepper Jack and Colbie Jacqueline. I have extensive experience with special needs dogs as my Shibas had varying disabilities ranging from mobility related to medication needing and eventually to doggy dementia. For around 4 years I worked at a high end pet resort/daycare. Though my main responsibility was taking photographs of the pets, I would assist with walking, grooming, and monitoring activities. About: I've been caring for pets (dogs and cats) belonging to neighbors, friends, and family since middle school. Whether it's feeding, walking, playing, or just hanging out with them, it's always felt natural. I've also had dogs in my own home since I was 4, so they've truly been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I love them like family! I have the most experience with medium/large-sized dogs and have worked with pups as young as around a year old all the way up to seniors. For cats, I've cared for those 2 and older. About: When you love dogs or cats that love will always be with you whether you’re caring for your own pets or someone else’s. I believe pets should be treated like people, with love and a concern for their comfort, happiness and well being. After owning a family retail business for many years, and then working for a major national bank, it was time for a change. Why not do something that involves my love for pets? Dog walking was the answer. For the past eight years I've been delivering dog walking services to pet owners, ensuring strict supervision of pets during excursions while providing a safe and nurturing environment for dogs with different needs, temperaments and medical conditions. Most importantly, you can rest assured that the safety, security and well being of your dog will always be my number one priority. I'm available for dog walking and drop-in visits for dogs or cats, Monday through Friday between 8 am & 4 pm. I’m not usually available on weekends, however, if you’re in a bind and need a walk or a visit on a Saturday or a Sunday, and I have no plans that weekend, I most likely will be able to do it as long as it’s no later than 12 pm. For your dog's safety, dogs are prolific sniffers, inevitably putting things in their mouths that they shouldn't. I pay close attention to and keep a watchful eye on the ground to make sure your dog doesn't put anything in its mouth that can be harmful. In the unlikely event your dog or cat needs medical attention, I’m certified in cat and dog first aid by the American Red Cross.

About: I understand how important it is to have someone reliable and patient looking after your pets, and I always try to give them lots of attention, affection, and exercise based on their individual needs. I currently offer drop-in visits, evening house sitting, and walks. I know every pet has their own personality, so I always do my best to make them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I also have a senior dog of my own who has a special diet and is partially blind, so I understand the extra patience and attention some pets may need. During walks, I keep her close to me, help guide her safely up and down stairs, and carry her when needed. I also administer her eye drops daily and make sure she stays comfortable and relaxed. Caring for her has taught me how important gentle, attentive care is, especially for senior pets or pets with special needs. I have a fairly flexible schedule! I’m currently available weekday afternoons and evenings, as well as full availability on weekends for Over night House sitting, drop in visits for both cats and dogs, and dog walking! Visits include feedings, fresh water, potty breaks, walks and playtime! I’m happy to help keep up with your pet’s normal routine so they feel safe and relaxed in their own home. For walks, I focus on making sure your dog has a safe and fun outing.
