In fact, both dogs definitely seemed like they were making attempts to stay for another week when we came to pick them up, so that's probably the best review there is. Overall she was extremely accommodating and sent picture and video updates every day so we knew that everything was going well. About: I have years of experience in the caretaking of animals and I’ve always done it with love, my family and friends always trusted me to care for their pets since I was younger and i’ve always enjoyed it. I love every part of taking care of animals whether its grooming, bathing oral medications administration etc… Animals will always hold a special place in my heart. My schedule is very flexible, I usually stay home and do online school work most of the time, so I’m available really anytime on weekdays and sometimes on weekends. I will care for the pets by making sure they are well fed, kept clean and healthy. I live in a very safe neighborhood with a nice park down the street. About: I have experience with both dogs and cats. I lived with my cousin and her dog for some time so her dog became my adopted dog. I enjoyed taking her on walks, playing with her, and making sure she is happy which made me happy. After some time, I moved out and got a cat. About: I spent the past 4 years running a successful dog-watching business in NYC with my partner. We have since relocated to Northern NJ and intend to provide the same high quality services for pets here. I grew up with animals - dogs, rabbits, birds, mice, turtles and fish. I would’ve had cats too if members of my family weren’t so allergic. As a teen I volunteered with friends at our local animal shelter and chose to work with the cat population because most of the volunteers wanted to walk the dogs. Most recently I trained my own dog - starting from when she was 6 weeks old. I used a combination of training techniques (including crate training) to successfully potty-train her, teach her to walk on a leash and eventually teach her to hike and run together off-leash. My dog is now 3 years old and I bring her to my grandmother’s assisted living facility. She interacts with and plays appropriately with other dogs, pets, adults and children of all ages. She is a secure dog and adaptable to any environment. I believe my dog’s calm and friendly demeanor is a direct reflection of my skills. I’m prepared to handle dogs across the spectrum of sizes and energy levels. I live close to many beautiful parks and trails, some with dedicated areas for dog-play. I will closely follow any instructions you have for feeding, exercising, sleeping and socializing your precious pet. She calmed our nerves and assured us that she would keep us updated while we were away.
