“Stef, as always did an amazing job caring for our pets. She usually watches our energized pup but this time watched our quiet elusive cat. Stef kept up with food, water, litter box and played with our Harper (when she was willing to come out). We also appreciated that she noticed a lamp running too hot and turning it off, or turning on AC for our cat on a hotter day. We always know we can rest easy when Stef is caring for our pets.”

About: ***I recently lost my soul dog, Ace ,of 17 years, so currently there are no other animals in my home. Please note: I go by Liora as a nickname in my day to day, but Emma is my legal name, hence why you’ll see both names in the reviews. I have always been an avid animal lover, but dogs are my favorite! In middle school I would go around door to door asking my neighbors that had dogs if I could walk them, in high school and college I would volunteer at animals shelters every weekend. I recently lost my soul dog of 17 years, Ace. I had him since he was 8 weeks old, and trained him with all the commands as well as potty training. I miss him dearly, but that being said - I can handle taking care of puppies, adults, and senior dogs alike, and am comfortable administering medication when needed. I work from home, so your pet will always have a buddy throughout the day and human interaction, and will rarely be alone. Evening and weekends will be reserved for parks and lots of play time! I have a small back yard space and a few great parks nearby just a few minutes away from my apartment. I can also crate your dog if needed / if they prefer. I also have cameras set up at home should I need to step out, they will always be monitored.
“Kevin did an amazing job sitting for my pup. He was very responsive and professional, and even allowed some last minute requests. I would definitely recommend him. I will definitely ask for his help in the future if needed.”

I have also dog sat my brothers dog many times since he was a puppy.
“Andrew always comes in clutch at the last minute! I’ve used Andrew in the past and Timo already knows that when Andrew comes by it’s play time! As always Andrew is communicative, punctual and focused on full attention for Timo while he is here. Couldn’t recommend Andrew enough!”

“I can’t say enough great things about Ashley ! From the very first meet-and-greet, it was clear how kind, reliable, and genuinely passionate she is about animals. She took the time to understand my dog’s personality, routine, and needs, which immediately put me at ease. While at work I received photos, and little notes that reassured me my dog was not only safe, but happy and well cared for. It truly felt like my dog was being treated like family, not just a booking. When I come home from work, my dog is relaxed, content, and clearly has formed a bond with Ashley - which says everything. It’s not easy trusting someone with your pet ! If you’re looking for someone dependable, communicative, and full of love for your pet, I highly recommend Ashley !”

My goal is to make my home feel your home and know the exact ways your dog likes their ears scratched, so your dog feels like they’re on a vacation, not just waiting for you to return. I’m home full-time, an early riser, and an active person so I can easily take on your dogs routine and any special needs or requests. I have a fenced yard and a neighborhood with sidewalks. I have three children who love dogs as well and understand safety around meeting new dogs. We are a dog family and love to cuddle!

Mondays - after 5 pm Tuesday - after 12 pm Wednesday - Sunday - anytime I am comfortable with crating and/or crate training if that is in the works. Whatever instructions or day-to-day things that make your pet comfortable, I am there for!

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Clifton
Oscar might love Pete more than he loves us! He was THRILLED to go over there and spend some time with his best friends. I love that Pete gives us such detailed recaps and pictures - it helps put our minds at ease, and we're always thrilled to see and read how unbelievably happy Oscar is while we're out. He came home exhausted; he tried so hard to keep the party going, but fell asleep very quickly and was out for the night. Thank you so much again, Pete!!

Stefanie was absolutely AMAZING! From the moment she started, we felt completely at ease. She sent frequent updates and adorable photos throughout her stay, which meant the world to us. We highly recommend Stefanie to anyone looking for exceptional care! 🐾💛

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
