We had a wonderful experience! From the beginning, he made us feel comfortable leaving our dog in his care. He kept us updated, let us know he was settling in well, and it was so reassuring to hear he was hanging out with the other dogs and doing great. Oscar was SO EXCITED to go over to Pete's house - I swear, he figured out what was happening 10 minutes beforehand, and waited by the back door for us to let him out. He flew into the house without so much of a backwards glance. Oscar spent several hours with Pete and when he came back home, he was happy and exhausted!! Little snuggle bug went right to sleep. I was a bit skeptical using Rover, and a bit nervous to leave Dilon. Paloma explained the process and was very helpful. I loved that Dilon stayed in good hands and I was able to have peace of mind. Kora was beyond well cared for with Valerie, I could not have been happier she was available. Valerie asked all the right questions to understand Kora and her needs and made her very comfortable. From the 1st pic 2 hours after drop off I could see how comfortable and happy she was. Valerie's communication was great before and during the stay, it's clear she loves animals.
