My parents were animal lovers, so I grew up with dogs in my household, and a love of animals in general. Therefore caring for big or small dogs is very natural and comforting.

Frances has been a dog owner and lover for over forty years. She is not only interested in the health and welfare of her pets, but those of her neighbors and friends. It was not odd to see dog walkers stopping in front of her home to talk and have their pets exchange friendly gestures. Frances has a baby sat for my family dog and is gentle and kind in care.
