She went above and beyond to keep me in the loop with what was happening, how everyone was getting along, and picture updates. Yanni even made sure to go back to the house after the stay was over to make sure Ellie got her medication for thunderstorms when storms rolled through before we got home. “This was our very first time using Rover, and as extremely overprotective dog parents, we were definitely nervous. But Brad was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He eased our minds with daily updates, complete with photos and videos that showed just how well our dog was doing! We also had a Fi tracker on his collar and it was so reassuring to see how many walks and steps he was getting. Brad took him out so often, even more than our normal routine! Our dog occasionally gets so excited that he’ll throw up if he hasn’t eaten in a while, and when it happened, Brad immediately texted us, cleaned it up, and made sure he ate and drank after. His communication was quick, calm, and thoughtful, which helped us feel totally at ease. It was clear our dog was incredibly well cared for — he got plenty of walks, playtime with his toys, and lots of attention. Honestly, he looked sad when Brad left! “Leslie house sat for us over a weekend in January while we were out of town, and cared for our 6 y/o Great Dane and our 2 y/o Puggle. Long story short, she far exceeded our expectations. For context, we booked her based on an outstanding review from a family member, so we expected great service, but what we got even surpassed the glowing recommendation. It pains me to write this review because I want to keep Leslie's schedule open for myself... but man, she is good. We don't often have to leave our pups with a sitter, so the pups were a little nervous, especially our Puggle, who is an anxious little guy to begin with. I'll also mention that they're both a little quirky to put it lightly. Leslie took the best care of them, provided daily updates and pictures, and was very responsive to any questions we had. She put in the effort to ensure we were comfortable with everything before we left for the airport, and offered us flexibility when it looked like our return flight might get delayed. In short, she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with the arrangement, and to make sure our pups were comfortable while we were away. Beyond the great care and other things mentioned above, we arrived home to an extremely clean home with nothing out of place (it was actually cleaner than when we left). Your babies will be my babies, I promise :) I currently work full-time as an elementary teacher. I’m available for boarding your babes on weekends, and weekdays after 4pm. Worked at a pet hotel for a couple weeks and dealt with a variety of dogs (even cats) and know that each pet can be different and I'm ready to accustomed to your pet to ensure they feel comfortable and safe! I currently work at a nightshift so I would prefer to work during the evening. Depending on my schedule I would be able to work nightshifts on Tuesdays, Saturdays and Wednesdays. Megan is amazing, she came on time, followed instructions, took Athena out at night and in the morning as instructed, not to mention she stayed up all night with Athena🥹 which was very sweet of her, but not necessary. Marisol was excellent! Although there were minor communication mistakes, she definitely made the effort to resolve those issues! She was very respectful and kind. Took great care of my home in my absence. Definitely very respectful and kind of other people’s belongings, pets, etc.
I had a great experience with Elissa! She took excellent care of my dog Jake and kept me updated throughout the stay with plenty of photos and messages, which gave me so much peace of mind. Jake looked happy, comfortable, and well cared for the entire time. It was clear that she genuinely enjoys spending time with animals and treats them like her own. I wish I could give 100 stars! Kevin is just amazing, he communicates any needs and is so great with all our asks of him. We get plenty of photos where our dogs just look so happy to have him. He walks them daily (we didn’t even ask for that) and sends photos of the cuddles and love they get while we are gone. Our house is always so clean, and he runs the laundry so we don’t have to. He’s literally perfect. Our vacations are just that, vacations, knowing he was here let us enjoy everyday. Thank you so much Kevin!!!
Valerie did a great job taking housesitting and taking care of our animals (dog & cats). The house was in good order and she sent photos and regular reports via chat.
