About: I've grown up around MANY cats and a dog most of my life. I’ve also helped out my family and friends were taking care of their fur babies when they’re on vacation. This was our first time using Rover for a house/cat sit, and we had an amazing experience with Krystie. Before booking, Krystie answered all questions that we had and asked really good questions to better understand our Smallfry and put our minds at ease. She arrived promptly on the day of the sit so we could walk through the house and introduce her to our cat and how best to care for him. During the stay, Krystie provided multiple status updates each day with photos and video. We could tell by our cat’s behavior that he was very well cared for and made a new best friend. It is always tough leaving a pet for vacation, but with Krystie we knew Smallfry was happy and in good hands. A last minute emergency left us without someone to care for our pup, Noah while we were on vacation. We tried a boarding facility but it stressed him out so much. We had Debora stay in our house with our two dogs. She did such a good job that I think our dogs might be sad that their staycation with Debora is over. We got updates and photos every day. The dogs’ schedule was adhered to completely and we feel that they were very well taken care of. Debora is also a very sweet, caring person and we look forward to have her watch our pups again in the future!
Marisol was excellent! Although there were minor communication mistakes, she definitely made the effort to resolve those issues! She was very respectful and kind. Took great care of my home in my absence. Definitely very respectful and kind of other people’s belongings, pets, etc.
Kristine is the most caring, kind, and genuinely incredible person we have ever met on this app. The way she takes care of our puppies is truly amazing and she goes above and beyond to make sure they are happy and that my husband and I have nothing to worry about!
