First off, he was very accommodating with our last-minute boarding request, and was flexible with coordinating our drop-off and pickup times. Throughout Vasya's stay he maintained impeccable communication, sending multiple photos and videos showing all the fun she was having. He took her out for frequent walks, and even a few runs (which he cleared with me in advance, of course). He asked lots of questions to make sure that he was clear on what to expect with Vasya - her likes, dislikes, habits and temperament - and our expectations. “Jhazmin was amazing with our Pomeranian. Jhazmin was very attentive and sweet. She was very responsive and would send multiple updates per day. We FaceTimed with her and our pup multiple times and we could see the care she had for our pup. Our dog has a medical condition that requires constant monitoring and Jhazmin always made us feel at peace with our dog’s medication management. We are very happy with the service Jhazmin provided to our pup for 17 days. Christian and his family were amazing with our 15-year-old Chihuahua, Cocoa. She has some medical needs, and we were nervous to leave her with a stranger for a week. Christian's experience and friendly, calm demeanor put us at ease. He was patient, understanding and gave her time to adjust. The most amazing sitter ever. I received daily pictures of my sweet girl all day. She was living the dream! My flight was delayed and they were available to keep my Rubi an additional day. It was my first time leaving my sweetie with a sitter and first time using rover but I was at ease knowing she was in good hands! Will definitely book again if I ever go away for vacation.
Paloma was great! We had our fur baby on her hand for eight nights. Paloma updated everyday how he was doing during our travel with bunch of photos. Our puppy seem to be very happy on her hand. When we picked him up, he seemed to be so sad to be parted with her and refused to leave. He was healthy and happy when he came back home. I will definitely find her again when we have another occasion that we have to leave him behind.
Oscar was SO EXCITED to go over to Pete's house - I swear, he figured out what was happening 10 minutes beforehand, and waited by the back door for us to let him out. He flew into the house without so much of a backwards glance. Oscar spent several hours with Pete and when he came back home, he was happy and exhausted!! Little snuggle bug went right to sleep. Thank you for keeping him busy and happy, Pete!!!
Maryn and Steven took such good care of Bo! They went above and beyond caring for him since he was have some digestive issues that popped up. Maryn has lots of patience and her care reassured me he was in good hands. Lots of photos and updates. Highly recommend Maryn!
