We were worried about boarding our dog with the sitter for the first time. Kinjal was kind and let us visit to check and introduce our dog 3 days beforehand. This meeting cleared all the doubts. Kinjal has natural abilities to understand dogs, she projects come energy that instilled calm in our dog. The pictures and videos confirmed that our dog was happy there. When we came back for pickup, our dog was following her and wasn't interested in going home. We definitely will use her service again in the future. Thank you, Kinjal.
Sarah is amazing - we needed a last minute booking on a holiday weekend, she responded quickly and made sure to ask all the right questions to be prepared for whatever our pup needed. When we brought him for drop off, he took to her immediately! Sarah sent pictures and updates each day that made us feel so much better while being away. I absolutely loved the service! They took such great care of Bella, and I always felt completely comfortable and confident leaving her with them. I really appreciated the constant updates and the photos they sent me, which gave me so much peace of mind. The space they have for the dogs is also perfect—comfortable, spacious, and designed for them to feel happy and at ease. Funda and her family took wonderful care of my 1 year old rescue pup! He had only been with us for 4 weeks and had just started to relax…but I was nervous to leave him overnight so soon. She sent pictures and updates- and I saw he was doing great- and I immediately relaxed. I saw Max was in good hands. I would absolutely leave him with her again 😎

To say Caita was a life saver is putting it lightly. She stepped up and rescued Louie from a very stressful situation. Not only did she drive and pick him up , she treated him like it was her own dog. She went above and beyond what was expected of her and turned a nightmare into a dream . Christian and his family were amazing with our 15-year-old Chihuahua, Cocoa. She has some medical needs, and we were nervous to leave her with a stranger for a week. Christian's experience and friendly, calm demeanor put us at ease. He was patient, understanding and gave her time to adjust. The most amazing sitter ever. I received daily pictures of my sweet girl all day. She was living the dream! My flight was delayed and they were available to keep my Rubi an additional day. It was my first time leaving my sweetie with a sitter and first time using rover but I was at ease knowing she was in good hands! Will definitely book again if I ever go away for vacation.
Paloma was great! We had our fur baby on her hand for eight nights. Paloma updated everyday how he was doing during our travel with bunch of photos. Our puppy seem to be very happy on her hand. When we picked him up, he seemed to be so sad to be parted with her and refused to leave. He was healthy and happy when he came back home. I will definitely find her again when we have another occasion that we have to leave him behind.
