We knew Violet would be in good hands. Throughout the weekend, we received pictures and we could see just how comfortable and happy Violet was! When it was pickup time, all her belongings were together and packed for home. We felt comfortable, confident and excited to find a place we can trust for Violet when she can’t be with us! “They were extremely accommodating with our pick up and drop off schedule. I have used river maybe five or six times in the past, and that last time I use them I had a very bad experience with poor communication and people were so polite and had a beautiful property and kept in constant communication with plenty of pictures and when it was time for me to pick up my dog, we had a lot of traffic and we’re over an hour late and they were happy to oblige. I will definitely leave my stellar with him anytime and I plan to leave her with them in the future anytime I need a sitter. They sent me lots of pictures. They even went as far as printing out some pictures for us, and they gave Stella a little bandanna like she would have when she left a groomer. They were very polite and had a great backyard, and my dog was very happy when I picked her up, so I know that they treated her well. They are definitely an A+ sitter. Sarah is amazing - we needed a last minute booking on a holiday weekend, she responded quickly and made sure to ask all the right questions to be prepared for whatever our pup needed. When we brought him for drop off, he took to her immediately! Sarah sent pictures and updates each day that made us feel so much better while being away. Amarys was such an amazing pet sitter! Not only was she extremely humble and sweet, she took such great care of our pups, Mochi and Miso. I can’t thank her enough for being so attentive and caring with the dogs. We have a pup with a strict diet which she stuck to and even reached out when clarity was needed. She went above and beyond to tell us about her healthy, homemade treat line for our dogs although they have sensitive tummies…I must say, her treats are a must try! Our dogs didn’t have any adverse reactions to them and loved the flavor. Overall, I’d 1000% recommend her for your pet care/needs!

To say Caita was a life saver is putting it lightly. She stepped up and rescued Louie from a very stressful situation. Not only did she drive and pick him up , she treated him like it was her own dog. She went above and beyond what was expected of her and turned a nightmare into a dream . Christian and his family were amazing with our 15-year-old Chihuahua, Cocoa. She has some medical needs, and we were nervous to leave her with a stranger for a week. The most amazing sitter ever. I received daily pictures of my sweet girl all day. She was living the dream! My flight was delayed and they were available to keep my Rubi an additional day. It was my first time leaving my sweetie with a sitter and first time using rover but I was at ease knowing she was in good hands! Will definitely book again if I ever go away for vacation.
Paloma was great! We had our fur baby on her hand for eight nights. Paloma updated everyday how he was doing during our travel with bunch of photos. Our puppy seem to be very happy on her hand. When we picked him up, he seemed to be so sad to be parted with her and refused to leave. He was healthy and happy when he came back home. I will definitely find her again when we have another occasion that we have to leave him behind.
Oscar was SO EXCITED to go over to Pete's house - I swear, he figured out what was happening 10 minutes beforehand, and waited by the back door for us to let him out. He flew into the house without so much of a backwards glance. Oscar spent several hours with Pete and when he came back home, he was happy and exhausted!! Little snuggle bug went right to sleep. Thank you for keeping him busy and happy, Pete!!!
We had a wonderful experience with Edelann and Lax and felt completely at ease leaving Buddy with them. They were communicative, warm, and clearly treated him like part of the family. Buddy had a great time - he loved playing with their dog Akira and enjoying their big backyard, and it was clear he was happy and comfortable throughout his stay.
