I’ve had my dog Nala for six years, and this was actually the first time I’ve ever gone away and left her in someone else’s care without having a family member or someone I personally know stay with her. I’ve always been extremely nervous about leaving her because Nala can be very reactive and aggressive toward other dogs after being bitten a few years ago, so I don’t trust just anyone with her. From the very beginning, Victoria was so understanding of Nala’s needs and completely respectful of the fact that she can be difficult around other dogs. She handled everything so calmly and confidently, and I felt like Nala was in really good hands. What meant the most to me was that Victoria went above and beyond what I expected. She didn’t just come in, take Nala for a walk, and leave.
