Hi, my name is Delaney, and caring for animals has always been something I genuinely love. I have experience caring for both dogs and cats, and I understand that every animal has their own personality, routine, and needs. I have experience riding and working with horses, which has taught me how to confidently handle large animals while staying calm, aware, and patient. That experience has helped shape the way I care for all animals, no matter their size. I also worked at a dog grooming salon for three years, where I bathed dogs and made sure they were comfortable, calm, and well taken care of. This taught me how to work with dogs who may be anxious, energetic, or sensitive, and how important trust and gentle handling are. I have been pet sitting for several years and truly enjoy building relationships with the animals I care for. Pet sitting is not something I do just for the money. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and knowing I have done a good job by the time I leave. Your pet’s comfort and well being will always be my priority, and I promise they will be in caring and capable hands.

I will follow the pet's established daily routine as closely as possible while offering companionship, petting, and cuddles. I will be sure to report any unusual behavior, signs of illness, or changes in eating or drinking habits. I will secure the home when leaving, double-checking that all doors and windows are locked and that the pet is safe and comfortable. I will provide excellent care to your pets, ensuring your beloved animals' safety, comfort, and well-being.

Delaney was amazing! She was so friendly, reliable, and clearly cares about animals. She kept me updated with photos and my cats warmed up to her so quickly. She even went the extra mile to clean their food mat and offered to take out our trash so the house wouldn’t smell when we got home. Schedule
Pet care fits well into my routine. I currently work part time and plan my availability around my work schedule to ensure I have the time and flexibility to properly care for each pet. The days I mark as unavailable are not always set in stone. I encourage pet parents to still reach out, as I may be able to adjust my schedule depending on the pet’s needs and timing. I am always happy to communicate and see if something can work. I take pet care seriously and prioritize consistency, comfort, and clear communication. My goal is for pets to feel safe and cared for, and for owners to feel confident leaving their animals with me.
