We cannot say enough amazing things about Katya! We have a rescue dog who was previously abused and is extremely anxious — especially around new people. As you can imagine, we were just as anxious leaving her for the first time. Katya went above and beyond to make all of us feel comfortable. I had a great experience and felt very comfortable boarding Eevee with Endre. He sent photos and videos everyday, and it was clear that she was well cared for. Over the weekend, there was also a snowstorm and still he brought her out for walks and to enjoy playing in the snow! Liana was so amazing! I had to setup up the cat sitting details from Boston as my family was unfamiliar with this app and so that my dad would be able to drop off and pick up the cats and she was so accommodating. This was the first time both kitties have left the house so she was able to make an initial traumatic experience for them very pleasant and my dad said he was so happy with the care and love that Liana provided. She provided daily check ins and photos and just was so loving and friendly. My dad left saying to me “I would use her again in a heartbeat”.
