“Victoria has taken care of our three cats so well when we were away for vacation. Each cat was given so much love!!! Highly recommend her if you need a cat sitter.”

“Peter was great and I would definitely book with him again. He was very thorough, prompt, and followed all of my instructions exactly. I really appreciated the detailed notes he left after each visit, and it was clear from his updates that he took his time and genuinely interacted with my animals instead of just rushing through the visits. He made me feel comfortable knowing my animals were taken care of, and everything was handled professionally from start to finish. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone reliable, attentive, and great with pets.”

“Jinghong was absolutely amazing and took great care of my kitty! I came back to a very clean apartment and a very happy cat. I couldn’t be happier with her service!”

“Anna has been watching my puppy a few times a week since she was about 4 months old and my puppy always has the best time. Anna is very thorough and follows all of my instructions regarding my dog’s care. I would recommend her to anyone!”

“Christina was incredible with my cat! She was very thorough, caring, and treated my cat as if she were her own. Christina went above and beyond, even spending extra time with her most days. She also made sure my apartment stayed clean and provided constant pictures and feedback. I felt so grateful knowing that my cat was in such great care while I was very far away. When I returned, my cat was very calm and happy, which shows she remained relaxed while I was away!”

“Andrew was a great cat sitter. He took care of our two cats, making sure our older cat got attention and food (while also giving attention to our very friendly younger cat too). He communicates well and went above and beyond helping with a litter robot issue. I highly recommend Andrew for cat care.”

“Rivera did an amazing job with our cats, again. Sent plenty of photos, and made sure they were fed, had water, and their litter stations cleaned. Will be sure to have her back for future visits while we are away. Would recommend again and again!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a kid. I have rescued my dogs while traveling through South America since 2022 and have been taking care of them. The old one is 5 yrs old and the second one is 2yrs old. I work remotely so I spend all day with my dogs except for when I have to run errands. This is why I can fit drop visits and walks throughout the day since I work from home. I have a fenced backyard if dogs need to play outside but also if they need to stay inside the house they can or if they are used to a crate. I have experience with walking small- large dogs.
“Baris is the absolute BEST sitter. I needed someone to check on my cats during a week-long work trip and he was extremely cordial, communicative, and went above and beyond for this nervous pet parent! He was amazingly attentive and catered to my cats quirky behaviors without issue. I 1000% will be requesting his services again for all my future travel.”

“Xunzi did a great job! She kept us updated during her visit with our cats and sent a lot of pictures. I would definitely recommend Xunzi for your cats.. Thank you Xunzi.”
“Geoff was absolutely wonderful!!! We have an extremely challenging German Shepherd who we were nervous about leaving but Geoff was kind and firm with him. He sent quite a few pictures and videos to keep our minds at ease. We will definitely have him in again to take care of our Bo.”

This is our second time using Christina to watch Chloe, and she continues to be absolutely the best. She went above and beyond when Chloe was having some belly issues — including cleaning up an accident on the carpet without a second thought. She vacuumed daily, brought in our packages, and communicated with us the whole time, from key pickup to drop-off. It’s clear she genuinely cares for Chloe like her own. We’d use her again in a heartbeat and recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter who goes the extra mile.

Andrew was a great cat sitter. He took care of our two cats, making sure our older cat got attention and food (while also giving attention to our very friendly younger cat too). He communicates well and went above and beyond helping with a litter robot issue. I highly recommend Andrew for cat care.

Caitlin took great care of my 2 cats for a week! She was on time, followed their instructions well, and sent nice summaries. One of my cats is very skittish and she came out to eat and hang out when Caitlin was there. Caitlin spent solid time with them which is very appreciated. Thank you for the peace of mind!!

Melissa was the best care taker for my 3 cats including my elderly one! I was traveling for my daughter’s wedding and this was the first time I didn’t have any available family members to care after my cats. Melissa took great care of them and I didn’t have to worry or stress about if my cats were okay while I was away. I would highly recommend her!

huge thank you for taking such amazing care of Momo! Julia were always on time and communicative for the daily visits! Momo absolutely adored her, and honestly, getting those cute selfies of the two of you completely made my day! Thank you so much again for everything—you're wonderful! ❤️

Yong was an excellent Rover sitter for my cats. He was incredibly diligent, followed every instruction exactly, and made sure their medications were administered properly—which was especially important to me. He was also very communicative throughout the stay, sending plenty of pictures and thoughtful updates that gave me total peace of mind. I came home to happy, well-cared-for cats and would absolutely book with him again.

Kat and her family are wonderful! Took time to understand my Ninja and work at his pace so that he could be comfortable, always updated me and doubled checked with me whenever something wasn’t clear. Will most definitely rebook Kat, I highly recommend her very friendly nice and super understanding!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
