About: I’ve cared for cats for 19 years, starting with my childhood pet. In college I adopted a hospice kitty with kidney disease and helped her pass on with love. About: As someone who has had many fur babies, I understand how hard it can be to leave them! My goal is to make that experience less stressful and ensure that you are stress free while away. I have had extensive experience caring for animals ranging from dogs and cats to reptiles, amphibians, fish, guinea pigs, mice, rats and hamsters. I currently have a cat and guinea pigs but have had all of the prior listed animals at one point or another. I am comfortable doing care for special needs animals and don’t mind the extra time that they need. I am available on short notice and during some odd hours due to grad school. I am a current grad student so I have flexible timing as well as last minute availability. I am available most weekdays after 3pm and anytime on the weekends. Given my experience with many pets, I know how to safely handle many species as well as care for cats and dogs. I am also trained in animal cpr and am comfortable dealing with any special needs an animal has as well as any emergencies that may arise.
“Caitlin is wonderful, bright, cheery, and great with my Selina (2 year old, bougie kitty). Selina takes a while to warm up to someone new, so I asked Caitlin to do 30 minute drop-ins while I was away for Labor Day weekend. By the time I returned Selina was giving up the tummy to Caitlin for belly rubs. :) We are ready for my 2 weeks in India now. Caitlin is excellent with the daily communication and pics, and was even concerned to take my trash out worried about the possible smell from the litter scoopings. About: I have taken care of cats and dogs since I was little for family and neighbors. I can bathe, walk, feed, and care for dogs. I have 5 cats so I am very well known with how to care for a cat, I can clean litter boxes, feed, and care for all cats. During the week I am available early in the morning before 8am, and I also am available after 3 most days during the week. I am available on weekends at any time. I have 4 cats and feed them everyday. I also give one of my cats medication everyday. I take very good care of my cats, I have watched over a cousins dog in my home and it went very well, the cats never messed with him and he was very happy. I have also dog sat my brothers dog many times since he was a puppy.

Siara did an amazing job looking after our 2 cats for a week. On top of the usual (food, water, litter), she made sure to spend some time with cats and do what they wanted to do, be that brushing, playing, petting, or anything in between. She even got our very shy girl to warm up to her in just a couple of days! She was also super thoughtful and flagged an issue with automatic feeder that we missed and helped us ensure our cats were getting their meals dispensed on time. She also provides detailed reports and tons of pictures, and is great at prompt and timely communication. We hate leaving our cats home alone, but with Siara we felt they were well taken care of and would definitely book Siara again in the future!
This is our second time using Christina to watch Chloe, and she continues to be absolutely the best.
