Yong was an excellent Rover sitter for my cats. He was incredibly diligent, followed every instruction exactly, and made sure their medications were administered properly—which was especially important to me. He was also very communicative throughout the stay, sending plenty of pictures and thoughtful updates that gave me total peace of mind. I came home to happy, well-cared-for cats and would absolutely book with him again.
Yong was great with our doggie! He made sure to be gentle and mindful with Twofer's injury. Yong was communicative and responsive. Would definitely get his services again!
Yong was amazing!!! I’m always nervous about finding a new dog sitter/walker but Yong immediately put us at ease and my dog loved him. He was super dependable, gave lots of updates, always punctual and clearly loves animals and wants to take care of them. Will definitely reach out to again!

It was a pleasure for us to have Yong back. Certain that she was in safe hands, we left our kitten for 10 days. It was very difficult for us to be away, but we saw Ariel react with affection to Yong. He was precise, responsible, attentive to hygiene, and affectionate. We are satisfied with his work!
We were gone for nearly 2 weeks, and we came home to a clean house and happy cats. He was diligent about their medication schedule and feeding routine. We are satisfied with the service.
