They truly went above and beyond sending us so many pictures and videos of Luna having fun playing with other dogs, running in the dog park, and even splashing in a small plastic pool they set up for the dogs to cool off in their fenced in backyard. They are truly so kind and we were so at ease during our vacation knowing that Luna is having a great time on a vacation of her own! We cannot say enough amazing things about Katya! We have a rescue dog who was previously abused and is extremely anxious — especially around new people. As you can imagine, we were just as anxious leaving her for the first time. Katya went above and beyond to make all of us feel comfortable. She sent multiple updates and pictures every single day, which really eased our minds. It was clear from the photos that our girl felt safe and cared for. She took her on lots of walks, was patient with her anxiety, and made sure she received her medication exactly as instructed. That level of attentiveness meant everything to us. I had a great experience and felt very comfortable boarding Eevee with Endre. He sent photos and videos everyday, and it was clear that she was well cared for. Over the weekend, there was also a snowstorm and still he brought her out for walks and to enjoy playing in the snow! I had to take an extended trip for almost 3 weeks, and Kathryn did an amazing job taking care of my two dogs while I was away. I knew they would be in good hands during the meet and greet because she is such a warm person and has a lovely home with a backyard which made the extended time away more manageable for my pups.
