They're so understanding of her "quirks" (ie no idea about personal space, doesn't like other on-leash dogs, piggy who tries to eat everything off the ground) and they still take great care of her and are often available on last-minute notice. The most amazing sitter ever. I received daily pictures of my sweet girl all day. She was living the dream! My flight was delayed and they were available to keep my Rubi an additional day. It was my first time leaving my sweetie with a sitter and first time using rover but I was at ease knowing she was in good hands! Will definitely book again if I ever go away for vacation.
Paloma was great! We had our fur baby on her hand for eight nights. Paloma updated everyday how he was doing during our travel with bunch of photos. Our puppy seem to be very happy on her hand. When we picked him up, he seemed to be so sad to be parted with her and refused to leave. He was healthy and happy when he came back home. I will definitely find her again when we have another occasion that we have to leave him behind.

Oscar was SO EXCITED to go over to Pete's house - I swear, he figured out what was happening 10 minutes beforehand, and waited by the back door for us to let him out. He flew into the house without so much of a backwards glance. Oscar spent several hours with Pete and when he came back home, he was happy and exhausted!! Little snuggle bug went right to sleep. Angela was amazing! We were away for three days and she looked after our two miniature Schnauzers like they were her own. We cannot say enough amazing things about Katya! We have a rescue dog who was previously abused and is extremely anxious — especially around new people.
